Great spot 2 blocks from the beach. Can watch the sunset from the balcony overlooking the pool. Candice is a great host and was very accommodating around check in and check out while I was in between places. Fantastic communication all around!

Excelente ubicación, tiene un supermercado cerca, acceso cercano a playa langosta y cerca de tamarindo. Si vas con dos vehículos puedes dejarlo el segundo por fuera, nos pareció seguro en todo momento. Gracias Candice, nuestras vacaciones se disfrutaron.

My Family enjoyed staying at Candice’s place ! I spoke to her several times before we arrived for our vacation and she was beyond helpful answering my questions. Staying in Playa Langosta verses Tamarindo gave us a better feel of the local life /Culture . The condo was more spacious than we originally thought .Beds slept great , pool was nice to unwind in and we had it to our self most nights.The condo has three gates to use codes/keys to get in which added security but I was never worried .The area felt very safe! We found if you walked the beach path to Tamarindo,it was so much quicker than the street.This is where we saw most of the monkeys.we had issues getting golf cart so book ahead if you want one, but I would walk to enjoy nature. we spent a lot of time at surf club at night , which was right around corner from condo .People there were so nice! We will be back! Thank you

The place is nice and has great location, however it was not very clean and we found cockroaches in both bathrooms. The shower had low water pressure.

Candice is an excellent host. Very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Condo is well stocked, clean, and close enough to walk to Tamarindo downtown and beaches. And super close to Playa Langosta beach. Pool area is beautiful and an amazing respite from the sun and heat with shaded areas and loungers. Having washer/dryer available for use was super helpful. Beds are clean and comfortable. Many shower towels and beach towels provided. The covered porch overlooking the pool is awesome for shaded time outside. Only two cons I can identify: first is showers are terrible for spray and water pressure, second is that we had some cockroaches in the condo during our stay. Perhaps both things are normal for the area. Not sure. Overall, a wonderful stay, I would stay again.

Candice was a great host. Very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. The location was great. Good restaurants and the great beach was great. We felt the condo was looking a little tired and needed a little TLC. The bathrooms were certainly in need of a refresh.

This was an amazing trip and Candice place was PERFECT! 2 moms and 3 18 yo boys this condo was perfect location for all our excursions and easy access to beach,restaurants and town. Candice was always available for questions and had lots of information for us. Thank you for use of your beautiful place!
