Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom located on the second floor.
Important Notes
Access to the condo is only via stairs, as Pacifico buildings do not have elevators.
Guests have private entry to the condo and share community amenities with other visitors.
Construction Notice
New neighbors are joining the Pacifico development as additional properties are under construction nearby. To offset any daytime construction noise or inconvenience, the standard nightly rates have been reduced by 10%. Most guests focused on exploring Costa Rica’s beaches, volcanoes, waterfalls, and rainforests find the construction minimally disruptive.
Pacifico Beach Club
The Pacifico Beach Club is an exclusive facility for Pacifico guests, featuring infinity-edge pools with ocean views, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food and beverage service.
- Access fee: $35 per person, per day
- Food and beverage credit: $25 applied toward your daily tab
- Facility use fee: $10 per day
- Children under 12: Free
- Pool towels provided
- Complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club
- Beach chairs, lounge areas, and umbrellas available to all guests
- Cabanas available by reservation for an additional fee (renters cannot reserve in advance but may inquire on-site)
The Beach Club is closed annually during October and may occasionally close for private events. Such closures are beyond our control, but we strive to inform guests promptly.
A free shuttle runs regularly between the Pacifico development and the Beach Club for guest convenience.

Very spacious condo for my family of 5. Views from the patio were beautiful and the tree canopy allowed for a lot of privacy. Pools at Pacifico were well maintained and inviting. There are lots of amenities within walking distance including the beach. Great home base for boat exploration of Papagayo as well as good proximity for day trips to volcanoes and zip lining. Would stay again!

Beautiful condo! Perfect location. Loved the grounds, stunning! We had so much fun the pools and loved the walkability of the grounds with coffee, restaurants and a really nice grocery store. We drove to nearby beaches and they were stunning! The perfect first stop for our Costa Rican vacation!

We had a wonderful stay!! Everything is just as described and Rich Coast was quite attentive to all our requests. The place feels super safe, it’s nice, clean and super comfortable and convenient, ideal for a family vacation!! Having access to Pacifico Beach Club was the cherry on top!! The only thing to take into consideration is that the unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator (so taking up our belongings was quite a workout).

Would definitely recommend this condo if you’re looking for somewhere as a home base, especially if you’re a larger family. As a family of five there was plenty of space and we were happy with the area. We had a car and were able to explore several beaches, as well as walk into town. We used the pools several times a day. Would recommend avoiding the closest grocery stores and heading to Maxi Pali about 2km up the main road. For example- 10 bananas for 400 colones instead of one for 400 at the close store.
