It was very nice to have this swimming pool with our 11 year old granddaughter there, and things worked well in the house generally. Nothing fancy here, but the place is roomy and well-supplied. The few problems we identified the owner agreed to fix. Restaurants and grocery stores were within easy walking distance. The beach is about 6 blocks away so we usually drove. Samara has spectacular beaches, and it's a good town to visit for beach activities or for beginner surfing lessons.

We chose this Airbnb primarily for its location, and it did not disappoint. It’s on the north end of Samara in a quiet, jungle-like setting, yet the beach, restaurants, and shops are all within easy walking distance. The washer and dryer were a huge plus after spending five days in La Fortuna. The house was well equipped, felt almost hotel quality, had excellent A/C in every room, a great pool, and an outstanding master shower. The only downside was check-in. Although we let the host know we’d arrive around the 3:00 p.m. check-in time, the house was still being cleaned and wasn’t ready for about an hour. The host communicated the situation once we arrived, but a heads-up beforehand would have made the experience much smoother. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this property.

My family and I just returned from a week at Casa Verano. We were 5 people - two adults, a 15 year old, a 12 yr old, and an 11 yr old. It was the perfect size for our family. The house was gloriously cool during some very hot and humid weather! The pool was awesome, especially during the middle of the day when it was too hot to go to the beach. I loved that there is a little library and I read a great book (An Untamed State). The house was in an excellent location, a 7ish minute walk to the beach and close to the main street but not loud. The food in Sámara is insanely expensive. If you're staying for a week or more, I highly recommend stopping in a bigger city and filling your car with groceries!

Samara is a rare treasure! We love visiting each summer. The people, the culture, the food, and the stunning scenery. We especially loved staying in this home because it was close to everything we wanted experience and explore! Thank you. We will be back 🌴🌺🌊🍍🥥🤙🏼

Beautiful beach house! The home was comfortable and the pool was nice. The sound of the afternoon rain on the roof was so relaxing and the beach was a short walk away. Loved our stay in Samara!

I cannot recommend Dipti’s house enough. Dipti and Isa (property manager) were extremely helpful. We had our 5 year old, 2 year old, and newborn here and the house was perfect. It’s walkable to everything, but with our little ones we opted to splurge for a golf cart and we can’t recommend that enough with little kids. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our family, the pool was critical to the structure of our day, and the kitchen was perfect to cook in. We stayed for 2 weeks, cooked 2 out of 3 meals a day at the house. Stay here, especially if you’re a family looking for a home base in Samara.

Dipti and her property manager Isamar are incredible hosts - friendly, super responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and exactly as described. It has a perfect layout that allows everyone to spread out and have privacy. The a/c works great, the beds are comfortable, the pool is amazing and the kitchen has everything you will need. The location could not be better for walking to local shops, restaurants and the beach. Our best meals were at Mr. Pelicano and Ahora Si (nicest people in the world). We got smoothies at Marea Surf Shop and sweet treats at Roots every single day. We are vegetarian, have gluten and nut allergies and found all of these places to be great on those fronts. Our favorite stretch of beach was out to the left of the surf schools and past the paid umbrellas where there are some (free) trees you can plant yourself under. There is far less litter at this end of the beach than if you walk right toward the volley ball courts/river mouth.

This cute bungalow was the perfect base to explore beaches (waves, snorkelling, walks) in the area and to come back for meals and relaxing by the pool. It was very well equipped with everything you could need for meal prep and day trips! The host and property manager were helpful and responsive.
