Inside, the kitchen is designed for gourmet cooking and comes stocked with fine dinnerware. A fully equipped wet bar allows you to craft your own margaritas. The penthouse is located within a 24-hour gated residential complex. Medano Beach is just a 7-minute drive away.

This non-smoking property adheres to HOA rules, and pets are not permitted.

House Rules and Important Information

To ensure a pleasant and safe stay, please observe the following guidelines:

• Pets are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking, vaping, or marijuana use is not allowed anywhere on the property, including patios and rooftop. HOA fines start at $250 for violations.
• Keep noise levels low and avoid disturbing neighbors.
• Burning candles, incense, or any open flames is forbidden.
• Always lock the doors for your safety and security.
• The number of guests must not exceed the reservation count; unapproved visitors are not permitted.
• Loud music or disturbances after 10 PM are prohibited.
• The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss of personal belongings, or items left behind.
• A $250 fine applies for any smoking violations.
• HOA rules limit occupancy to six guests. Additional guests incur a $50 per night fee via Airbnb and a $250 HOA fee per person payable at the HOA office. Please be transparent in your reservation to avoid extra charges.
• Kitchen essentials such as oil, salt, sugar, and spices are provided for initial use only. Guests should purchase additional cooking supplies as needed.
• Report any damage or breakage immediately.
• Illegal activities, including drug use and inappropriate internet activity, are strictly prohibited on the property.
• Do not alter Jacuzzi settings. If the control panel locks, a service call costing $150 will be charged to you.
• The community pool is heated; however, if the temperature is not ideal during cooler months, the private hot tub is available for your enjoyment.
