We absolutely loved our stay! This was our second time staying here, and we will definitely be back again! Having three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, was perfect and made the apartment very comfortable for our group. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, and the location is fantastic. The front desk staff were also so friendly and helpful. Another huge bonus is having access to the parking garage, which made having a car so convenient. Highly recommend!

Upon arrival, things were a bit complicated because the host hadn't notified reception of our reservation, and I had to verify that we had a paid reservation. This process took a while, and we were already tired from the trip and eager to arrive. In one of the rooms, the air conditioning leaks inside the closet; it would be good to have it checked as it could damage the wood. The bathroom I had was fine, however, the shower wasn't completely clean as there were some hairs from the previous guest, I suppose. The air conditioning was a little noisy. The kitchen needs a bit more lighting in the stove and sink area. Otherwise, everything was excellent. We loved the location, the layout, and the decor. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful with our questions, and having an elevator was a huge plus.

Our experience at Mi Casa es tu Casa was simply spectacular. From the first moment, the team's great commitment and attention to detail were evident. They were always attentive to our needs, with excellent communication and hospitality that really made a difference. The place is amazing: spacious, comfortable, very well maintained and with a prime location in Playa del Carmen. It's close to everything you need to enjoy the city, restaurants, shops, and the main attractions, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. A touch that we really appreciated was that they offered a cleaning service in the middle of our stay, which shows the level of attention and care they have for their guests. Those kinds of details turn a good stay into an exceptional experience. We recommend Mi Casa es tu Casa 100%. We would definitely stay here again.
