This place is great, the community is very nice and private the host always responds very fast, we are a diving group visiting playa de Carmen every year, this is going to be our place from now on

Very attentive to the questions and concerns we had! They gave us many recommendations for good places, and the location is excellent. Older people live in the residential complex, so parties after a certain time are subject to a fine, and you can't bring speakers or food to the pool (we had no problems because we brought plastic containers for water). However, the apartment is in front of one of the pools, as it is on the first floor. If you like walking on 5th Avenue, it's just one block away! Very well located. We had a great time.

The inn is amazing. From the moment you enter, you feel like you're in a different place. The house has everything you need to accommodate a family and meet all their needs. It's very nice, and I'm happy with my choice.

Everything was very good, except that the shower door in one bathroom was loose. I reported it and they immediately went to fix it. There weren't enough light bulbs, and they brought them to me right away. The only criticism I would make is that there was a lot of dust on the ceiling fans. I think more care should be taken with that.

Our group had a great time staying at Michael’s place. We especially enjoyed the pool and the air conditioning. We enjoyed being able to walk to 5th Avenue and the beach— although the sargasso ruined some of the fun there :)
