Villa Abaj

The place is very clean and spacious. The view is incredible. The sunrise is beautiful and easy to see from the armchair on the second floor through the large window. Everything was excellent. The boat took us from the pier on the same property to visit the villages. The landlord is very friendly and attentive.

We had such a beautiful stay in Santiago Atitlán! The Airbnb was extremely clean, comfortable, and even more beautiful in person. The views were absolutely amazing and made our stay feel so peaceful and special. The host was also very communicative, attentive, and easy to reach throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend! 🤍✨

Victor's place is very nice, just as shown. Everything is very clean and tidy. The only thing is that before arriving at the place, it's best to stock up on the essentials, because there are only small stores nearby and you can't find much. Otherwise, everything is fine. Thank you. We had a nice time.

Excellent staff, very friendly and always solving any inconvenience you have in the house They communicate, and the host acted like one of the family, taking care of anything. Thank you, and we hope to come back. We were very happy to visit them, and the house is better than the photos. It's worth the price.

The place is very nice, even nicer than in the photos. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The view is very beautiful, highly recommended.

A pretty nice and quiet place for a family weekend getaway. The access to the lake gives it a plus.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location was great. One thing to note is that hot water was not consistently available, even though it was listed as an amenity. Otherwise, communication was smooth.

Highly recommended, quiet, pleasant and comfortable place; the house was very well equipped and tidy. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The access to the place is good, as a reference 2 sedan vehicles were able to move without problems (although the descent is a little steep).
