We really enjoyed our stay. The house was within a 5 to 7 min walk to all the places we wanted to see. It is literally less than a minute from 3 great restaurants. The host was nice, courteous and respond immediately to any request we had. The host also set us up with transportation from and to the airport. Definitely would stay again.

As the old saying goes you get what you pay for but Mauricio place was mild it served its purpose. Alejandra was a great host anything I reached out to her for she made sure it was handled down to having transfers to and from the airport and setting up and reaching out to people for excursions even when it was last min. Pedro our security was cool he greeted us on arrival and was always on standby overall for last min accommodations I was ok with everything. Place was clean on arrival the maid came by first two nights didn’t need her to clean first night but the 3rd day she came and clean but don’t give her too much cause she never came back after that smh.

I gave the place 4 stars, because 5 would be perfect and it just was not a perfect stay, good but not perfect. The location is great, less than $10 Ubers to get to Lleras Park and Provenza, so it’s super close to where you’re trying to hang out at. The maid, Maria, and “concierge”, Pedro, were great. Maria kept the spot nice and tidy with morning cleanings and Pedro was available for questions about the city and recommendations. He also made sure the jacuzzi got hot lol! The chef services, that you can purchase in addition to the Airbnb were ok. The dinners were much better than the breakfasts. My biggest issue was that check-in was at 3pm and at 3pm there is extensive construction happening in one of the bathrooms. The ceiling was missing and parts of a wall were being plastered. This should have been taken care of prior to my arrival. We ended up not using one of the rooms due to the bathroom issue. All in all, a good place and good for parties.
