Great place to stay will be coming back in the future!

We absolutely loved it here! It was such a unique “home” and the proximity to the beach and restaurants was great!

This was a very unique experience for our large family group. Having a beautiful beach within just a very short walk was the best part. Some amenities within the subdivision but easy to take water taxi over to Tamarindo during the day. Our host was very hospitable and responsive to anything we needed. We were all very happy with our stay.

I love this stay. Felipe was such a great help and connected me and my group with all the right people and tourism companies to make our trip a success. I plan on returning. It was a wonderful stay.

I loved the Pipe House! It's such a beautiful space and the beds are very comfortable. I really appreciated having AC that worked really well (and quickly) inside the pipes because it can get very hot in Playa Grande/Tamarindo. There are two staff members around to help, answer questions, clean, and replace linens/towels if needed. This made it feel more like a hotel. The greatest thing was Felipe's responsiveness and willingness to help and answer my questions. I was hosting a group trip for the first time and needed everything to be perfect, and he helped make it so. Thank you for the great surf lessons Felipe! One thing to keep in mind, you are basically glamping on the beach so some bugs and crabs are to be expected. It wasn't a big deal for us.

The Pipe House was a fun place to stay for a couple of nights. Our kids really enjoyed having their own separate spaces after 5 days together nonstop before arriving. Felipe was very nice and even gave us surf lessons on the beach right by the house - very convenient. The beach is awesome and private - we loved the location close enough to Tamarindo but secluded from all the craziness. The restaurants in the neighborhood were also great and a short drive away.

We rented out the whole place for three families (15 people) and it worked out great. We arrived at 3:00 and had some one waiting for us to check us in. As soon as we got settled in we walked out to the beach along the short trail to the beach and we came across 5 monkeys in the trees. We played at the beach and watched a beautiful sunset. The beach has lots of cool shells and sand dollars that are easy to find. The beach has nice soft sand and you can walk way out 50 yards and still touch the ground which makes it ideal and easier to catch a wave and makes for great swimming. The beach was mostly empty and we got to enjoy it mostly in private. We have kids that love baseball and one morning we spread way out and played long toss, which was easy to do because we had the beach mostly to ourselves. It was hot while we stayed but it stayed cool with the a/c in the pipes. Cafe Mar Azul was the closest restaurant but was filled and had no tables available. Word to the wise, plan your meals.

Simply an awesome place and experience! This is how AirBnB should be: unique accommodation, relaxed vibe and a super supportive and nice host! Felipe gave our family two surfing classes and managed to get both us adults and five kids on the boards and catching our first ever waves 🤙 Two thumbs up for the Pipe house. We would return any time!

Awesome place to stay. It is def gives off glamping vibes. I would def recommend to all travelers for different living experiences.
