Located in the vibrant and fun Getsemani neighbourhood, the house includes a dip pool in the courtyard, beside the kitchen and dinning area. Ideal for hanging out with family and friends while cooking and eating. The rooftop terrace includes a bbq, dinning table, and spacious lounge area with views of San Felipe Fort, La Popa Monastery and the fortified wall – perfect for sunset drinks and relaxed dinners at home. The space Main floor – Spacious living room, dinning room, kitchen and dip pool Second floor – 3 rooms with en-suite bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows and plenty of natural light Third floor – Rooftop terrace, outdoor dinning table, BBQ, and lounge area with views of the San Felipe Fort, La Popa Monastery and the fortified wall. Other things to note Please note that there is some construction work in the neighboorhood until mid november. There is an agreement with the construction company and any noisy activities shall not begin until after 9am No person outside the reservation is allowed to stay overnight. We stand strongly against sex tourism. All guests need to be registered prior to check-in with a copy of their passport. No guests will be allowed in the house if they have not been registered with an ID prior to check-in. Check out is at 12pm, and check-in is after 3pm. If no guests are coming in the same day check out and check-in can be flexible We have a maid during the day that is available for cleaning or common areas, and also a light breakfast can be arranged (guests are responsible for food purchase). Lunch can be arranged for a small fee directly to the employee. According to local laws, foreign residents are exempt from IVA taxes (19%) upon presentation of their passport and immigration stamp. 4th time we stay at Alexis’ place this year. It has become home away from home! Best Airbnb (by far) in Cartagena! Pro tip: if you want to indulge in traditional Colombian food, Kelly (the housekeeper) is an excellent cook. She prepares breakfast every morning (included) but at a fixed rate she can also make lunch and diner, don’t miss that opportunity!

Alexis’ house is beautiful! Perfect for 3 couples. We had a great stay over new year. Pool and rooftop are gorgeous. Super clean. Great location. Thank you

Great place to stay and location was absolutely perfect. Everything about the stay, location, house and staff was great. Only main con would definitely have to be the construction noise — this was mentioned in the listing so we knew but it started really really early in the morning and was hard to ignore. The housekeeper Kelly was nice and her breakfast was amazing. Do set up breakfasts with her for your stay because they are worth it. Electricity provider was servicing the neighborhood the day after we arrived so we had no power which was a surprise but got through it. Other than that there is staff there pretty much until 3-4pm every day so privacy is really only after that. The pro of this though is that if you need anything, there is someone to help

This is our 2nd time staying here. Loved it both times. Housekeeper was great. Made us breakfast every morning. Clean and spacious. Very responsive host.

I stayed here for my birthday with two of my friends and have a mixed review. PROS -Beautiful Airbnb, looked like the photos and spacious -Good location w/ lots of historical aspects -Kelly, the chef was AMAZING and made us a delicious breakfast and 1 dinner. -early check in CONS -Dirty and limited towels (plz bring own washcloths, as they do not have any). -stained bedding -cool/cold showers -cannot flush toilet paper (wouldve been nice to know before). -listing states next door construction starts at 9am, construction started at 7:30am -construction workers peeped over into the airbnb a few times -A mouse ran across the floor in one of the bedrooms. We were told that exterminators would come, no proof that they did- but the maintenance man did come to ‘check’. -slower response once issues started to occur, also host prefers what’s app to respond over Airbnb. Ultimately, we decided to leave this Airbnb and get a hotel. The host didn’t give us any issues with partial refu

Second time in 3 months we stay at this beautiful house. Hands down the best place in Cartagena. Host is very friendly, place is in mint condition and has all necessary amenities and the staff is very friendly (Kelly is an amazing cook, don’t miss the chance to let her cook you some Colombian dishes!). If this place is available, don’t miss the chance to book it!

Valentina and Senora Kelly were very flexible with check in. Senora Kelly was very nice respectful and a great cook. Señora Kelly was very helpful and took care of the casa like it was her own. Señor maintenance solved all our problems. Good location you can walk right to the center. Pretty quiet one way street. I felt safe. The pool was perfect. Rooms were a good size. Air Conditioner worked well.
