Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property; no shared spaces are involved.
Important Notices and Policies
- Entry is restricted to private cars only. No buses, vans, tourist vans, or any other type of transportation besides private vehicles are allowed, according to the subdivision management committee agreements.
- For security and access control, all guests over 12 years old must wear an identification wristband, which costs 50 pesos per person. Wristbands are issued directly at the security booth.
- A refundable security deposit of 1,000 pesos is required upon arrival to ensure the property is maintained in optimal condition. This deposit will be returned at checkout.
- The subdivision is a family-friendly and quiet environment. Music is permitted but must be kept at a moderate volume and turned off by 1:00 a.m.
- The person who makes the reservation is responsible for the property and will be the main contact before, during, and after the stay. The property will not be handed over if the responsible guest is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
- The hosts are not liable for any lost belongings during the stay.
- Only authorized maintenance personnel may access the house, and only with prior approval from guests.

Todo en general estuvo de maravilla, La casa, la zona, la cercanía a la playa y la atención que te brindan es clara y precisa. Pero la vista que se tiene a la bahía es IRREAL, está muy bonito todo, sin duda regresaremos.

Casa con excelente ubicación y una vista única que está acondicionada para pasar un fin de semana en grupo, inolvidable. Le falta mantenimiento a ciertas partes de la casa(goteras) y los cuartos anexos están improvisados así que ojo al reservarlos. Aún así tuvimos una muy buena atención por parte de los anfitriones y pasamos un muy buen fin de semana, seguro regresaremos.

Très belle maison, à la hauteur des photos proposées sur le site. Site sécurisé, chambres spacieuses et propres. La piscine était nettoyée régulièrement. Il manquait toutefois de la vaiselle pour une maison pouvant acceuillir autant de personne et peu de place pour étendre le linge. Un double de la clé nous a finalement été donné après 8 jours....d'autres services n'ont d'ailleures pas été à la hauteur (ponctualité, clarté sur les services mis à disposition). Mais sinon très content d'avoir loué cette maison, nous la recommandons fortement.

Great great home !! Everything is clean and the guy in charge victor was always very helpful to what we needed . The view is amazing as soon as you open the front door you’re greeted with an open view of the Bahia. 100% recommended!!
