Construida recientemente en 2018, Casa Guanacaste (EC-3) es una casa completa ubicada a solo 5 a 10 minutos caminando de la playa de arena blanca de casi una milla de longitud, que cuenta con las famosas rompientes de surf Playa Colorado y Panga Drops.
Nuestra casa está situada dentro de una comunidad privada que incluye el restaurante Casa Maderas y una gran piscina a pocos pasos de nuestro porche trasero.
Disfrute de nuestro campo de golf de 9 hoyos durante el día y, por la noche, elija entre varios restaurantes dentro de la propiedad.

El espacio
Hacienda Iguana ofrece un desafiante campo de golf de 9 hoyos, excelente surf, alojamiento de lujo frente a la playa y múltiples actividades en uno de los lugares más pintorescos de Nicaragua.
Nuestra casa se encuentra en una comunidad Eco-Casita dentro de Hacienda Iguana.

The place was perfect!!! One of the best Airbnbs we’ve rented in Central America!! And what can I say about the impeccable service provided by Jhezlia, the property manager? Excellent communication and very dedicated to guest comfort!! I would 110% recommend it.

Eco-house #3 is very comfortable, spacious and has everything you need for a great stay. And Randy and Jhezelia's service was excellent. The place is amazing. I really liked everything. There were all the necessary household utensils. Approved

Great place to stay, close to everything you need.. Apartment was well stocked and comfortable!! Extremely helpful with letting me check-in early and checkout late. Would definitely stay again!!

Our stay at the eco-casita was very nice. It has a nice pool right behind and the salty koala has good food and drinks. Randy was very responsive and put me in contact with Jhezlia the property manager who was absolutely incredible. She arranged transportation for us and was very responsive. We had a few minor issues, such as no propane but after messaging her they showed up in just a few minutes to change it out. It is a very friendly neighborhood and not far from the beach, maybe 15min walk. Only recommendation would be more than 1 towel per person or a place to do laundry or at minimum a clothesline. Other than that everything was great! Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay. The gated community felt very safe and we enjoyed surfing, the beautiful beach, the pool, great restaurants nearby and cruising with the bikes that were available too!
