The stay is very comfortable. A private space and the private pool is very nice. The house needs some maintenance. However, the service was excellent and the area where the house is located is nice. The beach there is not necessarily good for bathing because there are many stones but it is BEAUTIFUL. Recommended.

Amazing secluded and private home. It’s so quiet and peaceful. Although it is far from town and the walk is very strenuous and not practical to do. A motorbike or the number for a taxi driver is recommended. It was great having a small beach just down the hill from the house. The pool is great too for cooling off. The beds are comfortable and the aircon works well. It’s not luxury but it has almost everything you need. If you plan to cook a lot you will need to buy everything as there aren’t even basic items like salt. The internet works reliably but isn’t very fast. The power does go out occasionally but usually not for very long. If you are looking for a secluded and peaceful experience I highly recommend staying here.

The house has a spectacular view, the feeling of peace and tranquility experienced in it is priceless. It is a very relaxing experience to be in the pool watching and listening to the sea and seeing the nature that surrounds the house. I do not recommend it for families with children so the terrace is high and has no handrails. The house needs a few improvements and details, but apart from that it's very good. The road to access the house has many steep hills so you have to take into account the vehicle in which you will arrive. A 4x4 vehicle is not necessary.

Casa Ojos del Mundo is a place to disconnect. Small adjustments would make the stay a perfect thing!!! My family took away the view, the sound of the sea, the air breeze. Don Gabriel and his family are always attentive to any need (don't forget to bring them something special if you're going to stay there!!!). I think you have to look for ways to improve the photos, because it's not the same to see it as being there!!! God willing, one day the internet will improve, as it has very constantly falls. If you are like us preparing a menu, do not put in your list things that require baked goods, as the electric oven available is only for heating small things. Thank you for having us!

The location of the house is certainly a privileged location. It is far from the buzz of the village but at the same time close to less than 5 minutes by car or motorcycle. I recommend that you bring everything you need. This house has a very nice location but inside don't expect luxuries or a well-equipped kitchen. We stayed 2 nights 3 days and we were surprised that we did not have hand soap in the bathrooms, extra toilet paper, paper towels or cleaning supplies (due to the issue of the pandemic) to our host we did not see it, who welcomes you is a house rental company in San Juan del Sur and who takes you to your house is the caretaker of the house who lives under the main house, that is, he is attentive at all times in case you need anything. It happened that we reported a water leak that was counting in the room and spent the whole afternoon and night and they didn't send for anyone. Until the caretaker arrived and without knowing the issue he kindly solved us. We have stayed at other Airbnbs in less than a month and in other places they have left us chlorine, alcohol gel and they have welcomed us with gloves and masks (which on this occasion was not the case). We felt that there was a bit of a commitment in this particular and we have noticed it since we arrived and who took care of the cleaning was a minor. I certainly recommend the location, but take all your stuff with you.

The location of the house is excellent and the view is amazing. Denisse was very responsive and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Gabriel (the caretaker) and his family were very kind and were present at all times for any need we had. Magnificent experience!

My partner and I stayed at Denise's place for three months. For starters, the pictures do not do the house justice in terms of beauty. The view is really remarkable and the house is gorgeous, and larger than I expected it to be. The beds are comfortable and it really is a little slice of paradise, with interesting birds, monkeys around, incredible sunsets every night, and infinity pool, the ocean right there. There is a small private beach nearby where we went to walk, catch sunsets and snorkel regularly. Denise was a responsive, friendly and communicative host. We loved our time there and I really miss it. Somethings for guests to be aware of: as others have stated, it's not exactly convenient to town. I walked downtown frequently but it's a very intense, sweaty 40 minute hike. I'm a fit person who enjoys a lot of exercise, and I'm telling you people are not exaggerating when they say the hills are steep and to have a vehicle. Very small cars will not make it to the house or up the hills. It's very windy and because of that the power goes out frequently, usually only for about 15 minutes at a time but sometimes for a few hours. There isn't much phone service at the house either, so if you're someone who teaches online like me that's a consideration. Electricity is very expensive in Nicaragua, and using AC in our bedroom every night plus other amenties in the way we are used to left us with 500 dollar extra bill at the end of the month. You don't need AC however with the ocean breeze always flowing through the house and we ended up just not using it, it's very comfortable without it and nice to just listen to the ocean waves crashing below. The house is incredible and we didn't want to leave it! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Ojos del Mundo is a fabulous place to stay. The cliffside ocean view is beautiful while lounging on the deck or floating in the pool. Denise and her staff were great to deal with and were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again for our next vacation.

Ocean front, very relaxing. Denise was very accommodating and went way above and beyond to make the stay more pleasant and receptive\reactive to suggestions. You could probably walk to town in an emergency. Very steep roads to get there. Very safe and secure but need a motorbike, car, cab to get into town and back. Very peaceful location away from it all. Lime tree, basil, plantain growing on the premises which we were welcome to.
