Unlike the other reviews, we were a little disappointed with the accommodation, which didn't exactly meet our expectations. The photos were taken well, but unfortunately we expected a secluded accommodation, which was not the case. In addition, communication with the host was not optimal when we pointed out certain issues (broken TV, hair in the bed, etc.), and he blamed us. It's a shame; we expected better from a great host. The accommodation is functional, but some points should be reviewed.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! The check-in and check-out process was incredibly seamless, making everything stress-free from start to finish. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. One of the highlights of our trip was getting to see monkeys right from the property, which made the experience even more memorable! Charming and special, with a magical atmosphere. One of the most fun things was seeing monkeys running through the trees right above the house. The house is located in a closed and secured complex of about 20 villas with a guard at the entrance, in the town of Capos, near Manuel Antonio. Cofos itself is less interesting from a tourist point of view, so there is no real reason to spend time there, and you can go directly to Manuel Antonio, which is only about 5 minutes away by car. For us, Kapus was mainly used for shopping at the supermarket, so the location was excellent, and you can treat the house as if it were in Manuel Antonio. An important point to know: The entrance to the room on the lower floor is from the outside and not from inside the house, so it's worth taking this into account if you're coming with small children. The pool is small, but very pleasant and fun. In short – a great place, we had a great time and would definitely recommend it.

Great location! Right next to a bunch of cute shops and restaurants. Monkey’s greeted us as soon as we arrived, it was a very pleasant experience. Quiet location, and a very nice view.

The Airbnb is in a great location in the middle of the jungle. Monkeys, toucans and other wildlife right outside the property are definitely the highlight. Unfortunately, the accommodation as a whole does not quite match the pictures and seems a bit outdated. With some investments, it could be significantly upgraded. The kitchen is very simply equipped. The base unit stands directly on the floor, which causes the cabinet doors to drag, and the dishes are also stored on the floor. The pans are badly bent. The stove and oven are gas-powered, but the burners have no ignition. A lighter is needed to light a fire, which was not available during our stay. In the bathroom, there are no shelves or hooks for towels. The driveway is very steep, and a four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended when it is wet. Small note: Since the accommodation is located in the middle of the jungle, you should check the room for animals such as scorpions or geckos before going to bed.

Everything about this place was incredible. It is very walkable to anything in Quepos and a short drive from everything in Manuel Antonio. The indoor and outdoor areas are both very well maintained and look exactly like the pictures. All the questions I had were answered promptly and we were taken care of very well. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough!
