Location great, house needs lots of maintenance. There were 8 of us, there is only one key that opens/locks all the locks. That was a safety concern for us. The two refridgerators both have issues. All that we took in stride. But on The Saturday - we were there from Wednesday to Monday - there was absolutely no water available. We could not shower, cook, use the bathrooms - when that became a real necessity, we resorted to taking water from the pool to flush the toilets. When I informed the host about the situation, her responses were quite rude, one time saying that Panama is a third world country and the electricity and water goes from time to time. I expected her to offer to get us some water, even if only for drinking. Her other response was in the same vein and because I didn't want to have to look for other accommodations I did not respond to her rude and disrespectful answers to my request for information. Very flexible and responsive host. The one issue we had with a broken AC was fixed way faster than expected, especially for a Sunday. Good communications prior and during stay and with local connections that helped us navigate panama/

The house is beautiful. The photos definitely don't do it justice. It's spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils to prepare different recipes. Mr. José was very attentive to us and helped us with every question we had. The surroundings of the house are very beautiful. The neighborhood is quite quiet. The pool is huge. The only thing is that we forgot to bring mosquito repellent, and since it rained, there were some, but only for a moment. The rooms are spacious and the space in each one is very well managed. The master bedroom is large, beautiful and very comfortable. I definitely recommend that you book Elizabeth's property, and without a doubt, I would book it again.

The stay there was amazing. There was a mini supermarket a 10-minute walk away, which was accessible in case something was missing. The place, the view and the surroundings were beautiful, and everything was also clean and organized.

The property is very large. The house is not new, but they keep it perfect and clean. The pool is super nice and the person who takes care of the house is always attentive to what you need.

We had a lovely stay here and felt at home. It was a welcome peaceful retreat after 3 weeks of travelling. We would visit again. The house is spacious, the pool and grounds were clean, well kept and beautiful. The house is a little tired and the kitchen was run down and so it looked less well presented. Its clear that the house was made and decorated to a high standard, but wear and tear has taken its toll. Jose, the on site groundskeeper is really friendly and helpful. Vicky manages the property and is very responsive, helpful and proactive.
