It is a very nice and cozy house, it is very well equipped, my family and I loved Roger and his assistant are very friendly and helpful.

This home is beautiful inside and out, pool is kept clean, and fresh. If you are looking for a quiet home in nature, this is it. And the convenience of Hacienda Iguana minutes away. The roads are paved all the way from Managua to the last street before the house (about a mile ish)

The photos match what was found, we were well taken care of, a very nice place. We're definitely going back

The house is very nice, with all the comforts to provide a relaxed stay, it is located in the middle of nature.

In terms of privacy and tranquility, you couldn"t expect more. The house is beautiful and spacious, surrounded by nature. We enjoyed a lot.

Everything looks like it does in the photos. Very nice place. With my family we had a very nice time. My kids had a lot of fun.

Borealis was a home away from home with all the amenities expected in a high end property. The home is spacious yet is cozy at the same time with 2 separate bedrooms or as I call it 2 masters with their bath.

The kitchen is deserving of a chef approval with all the gadgets necessary to cook a five star meal.

The ventilation was great due to 3 big ceiling fans in the main area where no AC is needed.

The pool has an infinity side and the water temp was great for cooling off after dinner.

The only challenge was getting to the property. Do not attempt to get there without a 4X4 during the rainy season as told by Roger.

Roger was extremely helpful and went beyond what was asked of him. His attention to details was phenomenal and made us feel at home.

All in all I would come back and spend more time enjoying the property.

This place and host are exceptional.

I have stayed at many AirBnBs, constantly for the last six months. Roger is, by far, the best host I have had: very attentive, helpful, responsive and easy, without being intrusive. He speaks English as well as most in the USA.

The place is lovely! Big bedrooms, great beds and linens, AC and ceiling fans, great pool with outside bathrooms, 4 nice TVs, Netflix, big wonderful bathrooms, giant bathtubs, shaded outside bar, eating area and barbecue, great kitchen, beautiful everything. The pool and grounds are regularly and well maintained. Excellent value.

It is a couple of miles from most of the Iguana resort facilities, which are available to guests, so most would want a motor vehicle or bicycle, which can be rented there. The resort, golf course and beach are lovely! Great beach bar with a good happy hour scene. Excellent surfing in season, and boards can be rented at the resort. Resort restaurant dining is available.

The house itself is quiet and secluded. Super pleasant.

Casa Boreales is amazing, was exactly as the pictures. It was very clean and private. Roger is an excellent host, he answered all of the questions I had the moment I asked them.

Casa Borealis is a beautiful home. My son and I really enjoyed swimming in the pool and hiking around the mountain side. Roger was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions and any needs that we had. Highly recommended

Truly a great experience. We arrived at night driving in the middle of the forest to suddenly find this beautiful and pampering house. You can definitely feel the care and attention that has been put in both the big and little details.

Casa Borealis it's an amazing property located a few km outside Hacienda Iguana. The house it's isolated and perfect to relax and have a quiet time and still close to the beach club and market inside Iguana. Roger is a great host replying messages very quickly and helping with everything. The house it's off grid so the power it's provided by solar panels and a generator, works great. The house looks new, the pool it's great and having a barbecue it's a plus. Great place to stay and relax.

Moderrn luxury in rustic, natural setting. Casa Borealis is within the Hacienda Iguana property but not right on the beach. It is set in the woods with some neighbors but very private and quiet. The pool was awesome. The internet great, as is the cable, a/c and kitchen amenities. The bed was king and very comfy. If you love nature we saw so many birds on the property and down in the river bed which is dry this time of year. We had monkeys with their babies pass right by us in the morning while drinking our coffee. Every afternoon we would drive down to the beach and watch the sunset which was spectacular. Roger and his team were very helpful, polite and kind. We hope to be back some day!!

Everything is great, the house is exactly as shown in the photos and even better, the area is very quiet and with bars and restaurants nearby. The host was very attentive and kind. An excellent stay.

This is a beautiful home right outside the Hacienda Iguana entrance. The home seems brand new with granite counter tops, Jacuzzi size tubs, AC in the bedrooms, and a lovely private pool. The host is great about providing the little things, such as access to NETFLIX, floats for the pool, etc. to make your stay that much more comfortable. Driving to the location is difficult without a 4x4, so make sure your vehicle is prepared. The house manager Alfredo is very hospitable and super nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to re-visit soon.
