La casa dispone de 2 unidades de aire acondicionado (una en cada dormitorio). This home is beautiful inside and out, pool is kept clean, and fresh. If you are looking for a quiet home in nature, this is it. And the convenience of Hacienda Iguana minutes away. The roads are paved all the way from Managua to the last street before the house (about a mile ish)

Roger's place is beautiful! Basically hidden in the trees so it is very private and secluded. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Inside the house is just as beautiful from the large bathrooms to everything else. There are 2 gates to get into Iguana and unfortunately only owners can get past the second gate which is where all the amenities are like the beach club, restaurants, golf course, pool, beach access, etc. Roger's place is only in the 1st gate so as a renter, my husband and I were restricted access to get into the second gate. We were able to get past the gates one time but not again. It ended up being a dealbreaker for us so we ultimately rented somewhere else. If you are looking for seclusion, privacy & no beach access if you don't have a vehicle, stay here. If you want the beach and all the amenities that Iguana has to offer, make sure you stay somewhere behind the 2nd gate. If you have a car or motorcycle you can drive to the surrounding beaches that are only like 15-20 minutes away.
