This place was an amazing value, with a spectacular private pool surrounded by tropical plants and endless hummingbirds. We spent hours in the pool and hot tub, which was especially wonderful during the rainy season. There were also lovely hammocks and plenty of peaceful spaces to relax. We loved having access to the private lake, where we could take out the boats and enjoy seeing ducks, geese, peacocks, cows, goats, and other wildlife nearby. The property felt very private, peaceful, and clean, while still being conveniently located near La Fortuna and grocery stores in Chachagua. The kitchen had the basics, although the utensils and knives were a little dated and we couldn’t find a spatula. There is no washer/dryer, but laundry service was available for a small fee, and the hosts were happy to provide extra towels whenever we needed them. Communication was easy, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. We would absolutely recommend any hope to stay again.

Two nights at La Fortuna, and this stay was convenient, relaxing, and as a group, we had two cars which fix under the shade. Kitchen had the bare minimum which we appreciated for our breakfast and midnight snack use. This was also close to a small lake which was fun to walk around. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay- great place for a family off the beaten path of La Fortuna. It is about 25 mins away from the town, but not isolated. Small local stores and community surrounded us. Our 4 kids spent almost every spare minute in the beautiful pool, hot tub, or paddling on the pond out back, rain or shine. The little farm and animals adjoining the property were a pleasant plus! The home was spacious, clean, comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was a beautiful peaceful place to come home to after a busy day touring La Fortuna or hiking. Keylor was very responsive and helpful throughout and before our stay.

This place was great for what we needed. The only change was for us it was a little far from the tours we wanted to do. We found a really nice breakfast at Open Kitchen but other than that we were about 35-55 mins from where we needed to be. Overall happy with our stay

The landscaping around the pool is beautiful. The villa was heavenly. The kids loved the tour of the pond and the farm. The pool was perfect for the whole family. Perfect stay!
