This is a good condo located right on the beautiful beach of Zona Hoteleria in Cancun. Convenient location for everything. Beach, pool and surrounding areas are excellent.

We were very comfortable at Vania's house, the description matched perfectly. We had everything we needed in order to have a pleasant stay. The well-maintained condominium facilities and we were bringing children and they were very safe all the time. Overall we had an amazing time, thank you so much Vania!

Place was very clean and described accurately. Owner communicated well with me. Only issue that I had were the ants in the kitchen. I did let owner know but that was not addressed.

We had a great time! There were six of us. 5 adults and a 12 year old. The pool is a nice bonus but get your seats early. Great beach and bathing towels are provided. The housekeeper(Lauren) is a nice bonus and she does an amazing job! She will change the beds and provide fresh towels 👏🏽. The communication with the host was top notch. Fast, friendly and efficient. The kitchen is small but workable complete with utensils, plates , bowls, pots and pans (there is no oven). Bring a corkscrew for wine bottles and insulated mugs for the pool (glass is not allowed)😃. Wifi is good. There is also public wifi at the pool(you’ll need a password). The xoxo convenience store down the street has most everyday items you need and there are 2 other grocery stores you can get to by bus. We found bringing our own Costco bags and backpacks very helpful. Water jugs brought to complex gate on Wednesday and Saturday. Would go back and use this host again.

Vania was a great host! Every time I needed to communicate she answered fast. We had to accommodate a couple of things and she was there for us! Place is great, with great spaces and we loved that all the rooms have full side bathrooms, make our stay easier and we didn't waste any time to wait for someone else to shower. Location is great, its near restaurants, malls. Taking the bus was easy. The place is really pretty. Pool is nice and beach was great. There is not so many beach chairs for everybody hope that they put more as a lot of them were broken. Thank you Vania for everything, if we go back to Cancun with family we will definitely book it again

had nice relaxing 5 days. the apartment is beautiful and every room is amazing. beautiful view of the sea and lagoon. we were there with our 6 month old baby and it was perfect. had lots of shade spots, lovely sun loungers by the pool and the sea. also the kiosk where there is is supper. a 5-minute walk, there is an Oxxo. would come back in a moment the apartment was clean and nothing was missing in the kitchen.

This is our first time to Cancún, we had great and memorable experience at this place. The community is located at end of hotel zone. It has 24 hours security, a convenient small store, nice pool, and great beach. The room is pretty clean and match the list description. Owner gave clean towels, bed stuff and some kitchen equipment for making a quick dinner. Owner is responsible, replied promptly and act quickly. Owner contacted maintenance team to fix the sink in 2-3 hours after contacted. 2 things why I did not give 5 stars : 1. The washing in building is not convenient for 1 week vacation. First of all, no instruction and we spent quite time to figure out where and how, partial due to our language barrier. The washing open hour 9am to 5pm is not tourist friendly because you need to pay for it and deliver/grab by yourself. 2. The noice is higher than our expectation because the room’s apartment is pretty close to main traffic street and also big wind sound from ocean.

We stayed there for the Christmas holidays to get away from snowy Colorado. The condo was kept clean and had essential cookware and utensils. The best perk for this place is the beautiful ocean view from all three rooms and proximity to the beach. The beach is right in front of the building. This is a perfect place for families with small kids. There is a little convenience store on site which is perfect for grabbing a milk, cereal and instant pancake mix for quick breakfast. There is a bigger supermarket which is about a 10-min ride by bus. A laundry service is available on site. Staff is very helpful and kind. The best transportation to go around the Hotel Zone is probably the bus. They are very inexpensive and frequent. The only thing was that there were no restaurants nearby. Vania was very helpful and she even called a locksmith immediately when we were locked out. It was late but she responded right away. Highly recommend this place!!
