Location
Situated directly across from Iglesia Guadalupe in the lively center of Granada, this inviting home provides a peaceful haven after a warm day. As night approaches, embrace the local custom of sitting outside the front gates with a refreshing drink, absorbing the city's vibrant rhythm and energy. Alternatively, take a safe and pleasant walk to the lake or stroll along La Calzada to explore top restaurants, cultural landmarks, and local history.
The Space
This colonial-style residence features a spacious front sala with a high caned roof ceiling. Beyond the half bathroom, you will find an open-plan, well-equipped kitchen that opens onto a small patio surrounded by lush plants.
Adjacent to the patio is the main bedroom, which includes a queen bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom. At the rear of the patio, the second bedroom offers a queen bed and shares air conditioning (via convectors) with the master bedroom. It also has an en-suite bathroom.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to all areas of the house. Motorcyclists may securely park their motorcycles in the front sala, with ramps available for convenience.
Additional Information
- Parking: Free parking is available directly in front of the house, monitored by 24-hour security cameras. Secure parking is also offered across the street at the White Cross compound for a small nightly fee.
- Motorcycle Parking: Motorcycles can be parked inside the house with prior approval from the hosts.
- Garbage Disposal: Please place trash outside the house under the wire collection basket each morning before 8:00 a.m.

I had a fantastic stay! The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of amenities to make my stay comfortable. The location was excellent, with many great restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, making it very convenient to explore Granada. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the ice-cold air conditioning was especially appreciated after spending time out in the Granada heat. Justin was an excellent host—very responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions I had. I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Granada. Highly recommended!

Justin was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating with everything. His place was clean and very enjoyable to stay at. Great location and very walkable to everything in town. You will NOT be disappointed with your staying here. Very clean place. The place is very well set up and designed. If you are staying in Granada make sure to book with Justin.

Great place to stay. There’s many restaurants and stores in the area. Quiet at night. There’s a convenience store across the place. The rooms are comfortable and it’s a great idea that each of them has its own bathroom.

Justin’s place was perfect for us. We each had our own bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Also we loved having a full kitchen and a living room to relax in after a busy day. We were two friends travelling together. Justin’s place is close to the action . We really enjoyed the singing from Guadeloupe Church. Would definitely stay there again Maeva and Sherry

Very nice location super central and the apartment is spacious and very cozy with the little outside patio. Easy to find everything in the kitchen. Will definitely be back!

Excellent location, a truly traditional place to stay. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, so don’t be worried about mosquitoes. Noisy, yes, but that’s because there’s a lot going on around. The hosts are approachable, and the people in the area are friendly.
