The Space
This Caribbean beach house is divided into two separate apartments. This listing features a ground-floor loft with three bedrooms:
- One spacious master bedroom with sea view, direct sea access, and an en-suite bathroom
- One bedroom furnished with two queen-size beds
- One bedroom containing a bunk bed and a queen-size bed
Additionally, the apartment includes a second bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a large terrace.
Outside, the green area offers a private entrance to the Caribbean Sea, a barbecue zone, and two outdoor showers.
Location
The property is surrounded by wildlife and is situated above a two-mile-long reef, providing exceptional snorkeling opportunities. Numerous natural pools within the reef make it an ideal spot for children to explore safely.
Behind the house lies a jungle, where you can often hear monkeys, adding to the natural ambiance.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire ground floor and a significant portion of the outdoor green space. There are three parking spaces available within the gated area.
Boat tours to nearby islands can be arranged, with the option for the boat to pick you up directly from the property.

דניאל מארח נפלא, היה זמין לכל שאלה, ענה מהר, מנהל הנכס שלו היה מאוד ידידותי, פתח לנו קוקוסים שהיו בחצר, עזר לנו בכל שאלה. הדירה הייתה מקסימה גדולה מרווחת, ירידה ישר לים, יש בריכות טבעיות מים שקטים ורגועים הרבה חיות ים. המטבח מאובזר, מזגנים חדשים. נרצה לחזור לפה שוב.

KasaKai nos encantó! Es un lugar hermoso para descansar , desconectar y divertirse. La playa está exactamente al frente. Daniel se comunicó con nosotros rápidamente siempre. Al llegar a la casa te atiende Rodny o Jesús quienes muy amablemente están para apoyarte con lo que necesites. Puedes llegar sin problemas en un auto sedan y hay alguna que otra tiendita cerca para comprar lo esencial, es recomendable llevar todo desde antes. Nos encantó! Volveremos sin duda. Me pareció un mega plus que ahora cuentan con una “cuanto app” donde puedes alquilar kayak, comprar hielo o carbón , eso está GENIAL! Los recomiendo 100%

En este alojamiento se sentía una tranquilidad indescriptible, mi familia y yo estamos muy complacidos por haber encontrado este acogedor y hermoso lugar. Estar frente al mar, apreciar el jardín de la casa y sus amenidades no tiene precio. Sin dudar ya estamos planeando para regresar nuevamente. El anfitrión Daniel siempre estuvo a disposición a todas mis consultas y es algo que me gustó mucho. Y un plus extra es la tiendita que tienen, súper provechoso porque es de mucha ayuda por si necesitas, hielo, carbón o algo maás.

Daniel a été u très réactif et très flexible. La maison est grande et propre, bien équipée. Le réel point positif est la vue extraordinaire depuis le jardin et l’accès au récif; un véritable aquarium. Nous étions seuls (aucune autre personne dans l’appartement du dessus ni dans les maisons autour) donc nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’endroit. Avec du monde autour cela aurait sans doute été différent car il y a de la promiscuité. Cela fut une très belle expérience
