We had a fabulous two week stay as a family of four. Mercedes was a super host, responded quickly to any questions and very helpful and friendly. The house is gorgeous and just like the photos, lots of space for us all. The private pool was amazing especially after a day out to cool down and the communal pool was very peaceful. The location was excellent, secure gated development but an easy stroll into town or the beach. There really was nothing we could fault, thank you!

I have so much to say! I completely understand why Mercedes is a great host, as she is surrounded by a fantastic team who are very attentive! I spoke to Marcelo, who handles customer service, frequently, and he was impeccable! The house… I would go back there tomorrow morning; I absolutely loved this house. It felt like I was at home. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. The private pool and the secluded back yard. I didn’t even want to leave the place anymore because we were having such a good time. We traveled with our young children, and it was amazing! I would recommend this house to anyone. About a 7–8-minute walk to Playacar Beach. And about a 15-minute walk to the city center! Its location is perfect if you don't want to rent a car. There is a small market about 800 meters from the… so if you want to stay in Playacar for your entire stay, you can. I could say a lot more because it was wonderful! Thank you 🙏

We loved our stay in this conveniently located house, just 1 km from 5th Avenue. It's very spacious, perfect for our group of 6. Mercedes was very responsive and available to answer any questions we had.

The house is very nice, it's better than the photos in the listing. Very comfortable, it has air conditioning everywhere, the pool is warm and can be used at all times. I highly recommend it for large families. Communication with Mercedes was very good.

This pool home was exactly what I needed during my time in Playa. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool was the highlight—great for cooling off after a hot day and perfect for relaxing mornings or late-night dips. The location was convenient yet quiet, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and a short walk to 5th Avenue and the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked great throughout the home. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and made check-in a breeze. Whether you're here short- or long-term, this place is an excellent choice.

Mercedes and her team really apply the concept of going the extra mile. The place is great, the location is convenient, and the amenities are superb. We definitely look forward to coming back next year.

The charming house is great in size and is in perfect condition. We really enjoyed the pool and the location was perfect, it is near the beach and the center. We recommend renting a car because we did it and I'll make a lot of things easier for us. Alejandro, who helped us with check-in, always took care of us very quickly. We were so happy we had stayed longer! We will definitely be staying here again.
