We had a wonderful stay here in Tamarindo! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach & close to many restaurants. The space was clean, comfortable & exactly as described. Communication was easy & responsive throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tamarindo, whether for vacation or work. I’d happily stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect — very close to the beach and just a quick walk to town. The only downside was that the WiFi wasn’t good, which was a bit tough since my boyfriend relies on it for his phone. Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely recommend staying here.

The outdoor sitting area is now next to a large cage of birds and a swampy koi pond. The initial photos had a large wood table under a shady place. Also it was unclear that the pool is in a hotel a few homes down the alley. The lock to the yard was very difficult to manage as it was behind plastic privacy brush and my boyfriend couldn’t get his hands through the wire gate to open. It was in a good location and close to the beach which was nice. We ended up staying only 1 night as I was looking forward to some clean outdoor space that don’t involve animals or gardeners outside the room at 0600.

Plage extraordinaire à proximité. Distance de marche du Centre-ville. Idéal pour une personne ou un couple. Légèrement difficile à trouver le soir, mais l'hôte a déjà fait l'ajout d'une lumière solaire et d'une affichette facile à repérer. J'y retournerai avec grand bonheur!

El lugar es bonito, tranquilo y con una excelente ubicación, a unos pasos de la playa. El espacio estaba limpio y ordenado, con una cama y almohadas muy cómodas. El lugar realmente NO cuenta con parqueo, el carro se deja afuera del airbnb, en calle pública. sin embargo, es una calle tranquila, poco transitada. Escogí este lugar principalmente por estar a pasos de la playa y wifi/espacio para trabajar. Pero no tuve más de 5min de conexión a Internet, cuando lograba conectarme. Las redes disponibles eran sumamente inestables. La tarde que tuve que hacer una entrega de la universidad, y el día completo que tuve que trabajar, tuve que utilizar mi teléfono como hotspot. Rescato y agradezco que las anfitrionas fueron muy amables y atentas, con respuesta rápida en todo momento, intentando resolver aunque finalmente no se solucionara. A pesar de esto, fue una estadía muy agradable.

En nuestro hospedaje hubo tres aspectos que no nos gustaron: 1. El anuncio indica que el Airbnb cuenta con parqueo en la propiedad; sin embargo, realmente no tienen parqueo privado, sino que se debe dejar en vía pública. Esto fue complicado, sobre todo la primera noche, ya que no había dónde estacionar. Además, el acceso es subiendo una pequeña cuesta que mi vehículo (4x2) no logró superar, por lo que tuvimos que dejar el carro en media calle esa primera noche. En los días siguientes logramos acomodarlo en el parqueo del hotel aliado del Airbnb. 2. No funcionaban la mayoría de los aparatos eléctricos. 3. El apartamento estaba bastante sucio, especialmente el baño y el lavatorio. Aun así, todos los problemas lograron solucionarse durante la estadía. La ubicación es espectacular, muy cerca de la playa, con acceso a piscina gracias al convenio con el hotel y con todo lo necesario a mano. This place has a lot of potential, especially given its great location—just steps from the beach on a quiet, safe street. The interior of the house is nicely designed and comfortable, though the kitchen was only equipped with a couple of pots that worked with the induction stove. However, there were several issues that made the experience disappointing. The listing photos, particularly of the entrance and patio area, didn’t match the reality. Instead of the inviting space shown online—with a large pergola and open area—we found a large bird cage, a fish pond, leftover construction materials, and a shed used for storage, all of which made the entrance feel cluttered and uninviting. Privacy was also a concern, as people frequently walked through the patio area without any prior notice, making it feel more like a shared or storage space than a private beach retreat. Check-in was not smooth. Many things could have been better had the communication been better.
