Welcome to our elegant 5-bedroom villa in Playa del Carmen, perfectly positioned just one block from the stunning turquoise beach. Guests enjoy easy access to the sandy shore through a private entrance shared with only 14 other homes.

This spacious villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind in style. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to provide a cozy and stylish retreat after a day filled with sun and adventure. Wake up to beautiful ocean views and the soothing sound of waves nearby.

The living areas combine modern sophistication with tropical flair. Relax in the inviting lounge, gather around the dining table with family or friends, or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. As evening falls, enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the outdoor terrace, where you can sip a refreshing drink or grill a meal in the barbecue area.

For those who enjoy staying active, the property includes access to a shared tennis court, ideal for friendly matches or practicing your skills. Location

The villa is located within an exclusive complex in Playa del Carmen, providing a serene coastal environment just steps from the beach.

Important update as of June 25, 2024:
The area is currently experiencing the rainy season and has recently been affected by a strong tropical storm. Some parts of Playacar have flooded areas with a noticeable sewage odor. This issue is outside the property and does not impact the interior. We are awaiting resolution from local authorities.

Guest Access

The villa is part of a private community. The administration requires the identification of all guests in advance to grant access. Please provide all guest IDs at least two days before arrival to avoid delays or complications.

• Check-in begins at 5 PM; check-out is by 11 AM
• Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability
• Final cleaning is included in the rental price
• Daily housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee of 1,500 pesos per day
• Extra towels, pillows, and blankets are available upon request
• Laundry service is offered for an additional charge; please request at least 24 hours in advance
• One towel per person is provided for the duration of the stay
• Beds in three bedrooms can be configured as either king or two twin beds; please specify your preference ahead of time
• The master bedroom air conditioning is currently out of service; all other rooms have functioning air conditioning

Security Deposit

For bookings made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our official website, a valid credit card is required to hold a security deposit. This is a hold, not a charge, and will be released automatically after checkout if no damage or violations occur. The process is handled securely through a specialized platform to protect your information. Instructions will be provided once your reservation is confirmed.
