Disfrute de un centro ecológico de 38,000 metros cuadrados ubicado a 20 kilómetros de Medellín. La propiedad es adecuada para eventos, alojamiento, reuniones, celebraciones empresariales, reuniones familiares y retiros espirituales.
La finca cuenta con:
- Terrenos ajardinados con bambú guadua, árboles, jardines y pastizales
- Un arroyo que atraviesa la propiedad
- Un lago natural habitado por diversas especies de aves y peces
- Abundante canto de aves
- Llamas, alpacas y caballos
- Una piscina
- Un jacuzzi
- Estacionamiento para hasta 40 vehículos
- Un centro de eventos para hasta 70 personas
La propiedad combina el encanto rústico con comodidades confortables y está ubicada en una zona conocida por tener uno de los mejores climas de la ciudad.
Cabaña
La cabaña de 420 metros cuadrados tiene capacidad para hasta 20 huéspedes y cuenta con un techo de paja artesanal construido con técnicas tradicionales y materiales orgánicos. Inspirada en la cultura indígena colombiana, la cabaña incluye:
- Cocina y sala de estar de concepto abierto
- Sala de televisión
- Cinco habitaciones amplias, cuatro con baño privado
- Un baño para huéspedes
- Un altillo con baño propio
- Una terraza que se extiende desde la casa sobre el lago
La cabaña tiene 22 camas:
- Una cama king size
- Cuatro camas dobles
- Diecisiete camas individuales
Se proporcionan almohadas, sábanas, cobijas y edredones. Los huéspedes deben traer sus propias toallas.
Centro de eventos
El centro de eventos tiene capacidad para hasta 70 personas e incluye:
- Una estufa artesanal de barro a leña
- Una parrilla
- Entorno rústico inspirado en la cultura indígena colombiana
Para eventos, la capacidad máxima es de 80 personas y la hora máxima permitida para finalizar es a las 2:00 a. m.
Ubicación y actividades
La propiedad está ubicada en el municipio de Girardota, a 20 kilómetros de Medellín, en una región antioqueña tradicional conocida históricamente por producir panela, o azúcar de caña sin refinar.
Se puede coordinar un guía calificado para realizar recorridos a caballo por la “Sugarcane Route”, con un costo de 120,000 COP por persona. El recorrido atraviesa las montañas de los alrededores, donde los huéspedes pueden observar la maquinaria artesanal que utilizan los agricultores locales para procesar la caña de azúcar mientras disfrutan de un paseo panorámico a caballo.
Acceso de los huéspedes
Los huéspedes pueden usar y disfrutar todas las áreas de la finca, excepto el interior del lago. Esta restricción ayuda a proteger la seguridad de los huéspedes y a preservar las especies locales. Está prohibido pescar.
Los jardines deben preservarse, por lo que no está permitido jugar en ellos ni retirar plantas.
Jacuzzi
Los huéspedes pueden usar el jacuzzi durante tres horas al día, entre las 9:00 a. m. y las 9:00 p. m. Seleccione el horario deseado y solicite el acceso con al menos tres horas de anticipación para que el agua pueda calentarse y el equipo pueda ponerse en funcionamiento.
Alquiler de vehículos
Hay tres vehículos de lujo disponibles para alquilar:
- Chevrolet Tahoe: 800,000 COP por día
- Audi Q8: 650,000 COP por día
- Porsche Cayenne Coupé: 900,000 COP por día
Información adicional
- Después de 20 huéspedes, cada huésped adicional que pase la noche tiene un costo de 22 USD.
- Para eventos con más de 20 asistentes, cada persona adicional tiene un costo de 10 USD.
- El centro de eventos tiene una capacidad máxima de 80 personas.
- El tiempo máximo permitido para eventos es hasta las 2:00 a. m.
- El alojamiento incluye un mayordomo disponible durante ocho horas al día y responsable de limpiar la casa.
- Está prohibida la música a alto volumen, las linternas voladoras y los fuegos artificiales o la pólvora de cualquier tipo.
- El nivel de sonido permitido es de 55 decibeles, de acuerdo con la Resolución 0627 de 2006 emitida por el Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial.

Our stay at Finca Kaney was spectacular. It really exceeded all our expectations, because the place is even more beautiful than what you see in the photos, as it is surrounded by nature, quiet, cozy, and with plenty of space to enjoy. And not to mention the hosts' service. They were extremely kind, thoughtful, and attentive to every detail at all times.

Erney, the butler, is ready for anything you need on the property. He is also very hospitable. When you arrive at the property, he helps you carry all your luggage to the house. He turns on the hot tub exactly when you ask, and it's ready for all your needs. He can even help you with transportation if you need it, and he also has a connection if you need help in the kitchen. Erney's wife, Natalie, cleans the house and is also very proactive in helping out in the kitchen. The owners, Thomas Andrés and Silvia, took care of us, showing us the estate and its very interesting history. Very good hosts, very friendly. I'll be back, God willing.

A beautiful place to share with family and friends. Recommended for children who enjoy seeing the animals they have on the estate and for adults who want to rest and have a good time. Thank you so much for everything. I would go back without a second thought.

It's a magical place!We celebrated our wedding there, and it was amazing. The guests were delighted. Everything was very clean and tidy; every detail is designed to make guests feel comfortable.

The property is very beautiful, the spaces are spacious, the animals are very well cared for, and it is a very special place for large groups or events. During our stay, we experienced some logistical issues that are worth noting. Access to the property can get quite slippery when it rains, which made it difficult for vehicles to get up the hill and ended up causing an incident with one of the vans. It would be important to check this or provide advance notice to avoid similar situations. We also felt there was little cooperation from the property’s staff on several occasions. There was confusion regarding the use of the pool at night; they even tried to ask us to leave so they could turn off the lights while we were still using it, which made the group uncomfortable. Also, some things in the house weren’t working or weren’t available, like the coffee maker, and in general, we felt we didn’t get much help when we needed basic things like extra plates or utensils.

The perfect location to host a group. Silvia and the other hosts were incredible responsive and helpful. They were able to supply us with all the information we needed. The house was perfectly designed for a larger group with an adequate number of bathrooms, bedrooms and beds. The kitchen was also well equipped for larger groups. Especially helpful was the outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Highly recommend this location for a stay.
