We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as described—beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The peaceful ocean view was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more relaxing. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special thank you to Carlos, who made us feel right at home and even helped carry our luggage up to the third floor. Everyone was friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

What can we say but everything from the UNBELIEVABLE staff to the breathtakingly beautiful home was simply perfect. Carlos & his crew warmly welcomed us and treated us to a tour & all of us were blown away by the home & the views - every BR, the decks, pool area, and dining area EACH had magnificent views of the bay. We had a wonderful week enjoying the unmatched service from the entire team. Carlos could not have been more helpful, kind/attentive pretty much every minute we were awake. He attended to every possible detail anyone could have imagined. He was THE BEST & if we decide to return, half of the reason would be him! The meals prepared by Luis were outstanding. They extremely tasty & prepared beautifully. Sam/Gibron made sure the home was in great shape (the grounds were beautiful) & they couldn't have been happier guys to be around. Theresa & Elisabeth ensured the home was constantly immaculate. Hang on to that crew for sure! Thanks to all for making our week unforgettable

Beautiful home with wonderful views. Host was very responsive. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. My family had a wonderful vacation!!

The chef, staff were amazing but… We paid a $1,500 security deposit in the event of major damage. Our group consisted of responsible adults on a family trip, and we took great care of the home. After checkout, the host sent us a photo of a tiny chip on an outdoor chair and stated they would be billing us for it. Considering we spent nearly $8,000 on this stay, it felt extremely petty to pursue a charge for something so minor, especially when normal wear and tear is expected in any occupied home. We also were not given a walk-through of the outdoor patio at checkout, so we have no way of knowing whether the chip was even caused by us. The hosts mentioned they would obtain an invoice for the “damage,” yet several days have passed with no update. It appears they may be waiting for the review window to close before sending the charge. I’m writing this review to make future guests aware: despite paying premium rates, you may still be charged for insignificant, everyday wear-and-tear items

The staff was so welcoming and made us feel at home. Carlos, Vicki, and Inez were fantastic! The food and drinks were delicious. The house was very spacious and had amazing views. There are many floors in the house so be prepared for lots of stairs!

Exquisite! Having the opportunity to spend a memorable time with your family is always a dream come true. Staying at Shangri-La at the same time is beyond belief. The villa presented elegance and luxury at its best…shear perfection. The view, magnificent. The staff was meticulous, attentive and accommodating. Every attention to detail was splendidly choreographed. This demands a repeat.
