The place was exactly as advertised. It was comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed in all areas. The beach is just steps away and the grounds are beautiful. The condo complex is quiet and relaxed. But there’s plenty of action just a few blocks away — tons of restaurants, shops, bars, and even street performers. It’s also very easy to grab a taxi and explore further out or take the ferry to Cozumel (7 minute walk to the ferry, 30 minute ride to Cozumel). Erin helped arrange transportation to and from the airport and responded to any questions and requests within minutes. She’s easily the most responsive host I’ve ever worked with! We felt very taken care of.

We enjoyed our stay at Erin’s place. Perfect location near downtown, great beach. Very safe, pleasant location within Playacar. The only issue we had (which was probably just bad timing) is the next door unit hosted a large, loud family during our stay. They were on their patio from very early in the morning eating breakfast, and again at night. The sound came directly into the bedroom. Other than that, everything was fine. Beds/pillows were a bit hard compared to what you’d find at a nice hotel but very standard for a vacation rental. Overall would recommend this rental.

My husband and I came down to Playa del Carmen for an extended weekend vacation. The goal was to relax and get away from the hustle and bussle of daily life. With Erin's place, we were able to do just that. From arranging transportation to and from the airport, to the ease of access as well as easy check in and check out. We thoroughly enjoyed the ease of access to both the beach and the pool. The swim up bar in the pool allowed for the time and space to interact with other guests and residents who knew the area and were able to give great suggestions for food and activities. Everything we wanted or needed was within walking distance of the condo, which made it a very accessible location for anything that you might need. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in Playa del Carmen.

Great condo in complex on the beach, right next to ferry pier, and 5 minute walk to Centro. Good 2 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen. Our family really enjoyed it. Erin was amazing with responses to all of our questions.

Visited in November and really enjoyed my stay. The location was nice -- close enough to walk to downtown Playa, yet far enough to feel peaceful and secure. Short walk to the ferry to Cozumel; and it was easy to grab a cab at the entrance of Playacar (the neighborhood). The pool and bar were excellent, and had the lowest prices for drinks from my entire trip. The beach area was also very nice. Not too crowded compared to other areas. Host was kind and very responsive. We took advantage of booking the airport Taxi through the host and I highly recommend that -- dropoff and pickup at your front door! Would stay there agin.
