Everything was excellent until the last day when we were going to leave. The electricity and water went out, and some of my family had to go to the public bathrooms. Check-out time came and nothing happened. It would be good if they implemented something for situations like these.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. William, the person in charge, is very helpful and friendly. We appreciated that there were products such as a large bottle of water, toilet paper, and plenty of towels. There are areas for improvement in the apartment, such as some doors that require maintenance, were difficult to open, or had broken screens. The water in the bathrooms, if both were open at the same time, the flow was not continuous. Or the soap dispensers in the bathrooms were damaged. These are things that are easy to fix and would raise any rating. The second night there was an external power outage. We were without service for more than 12 hours, which was really annoying. I expected more from Playa Escondida, like having a backup electric generator for the guests, since it's not a cheap place to visit.

A complete apartment, extremely comfortable, and with a beautiful view. The staff at the Playa Escondida complex is also very helpful, and the restaurant is great. We're already planning to come back

Excellent accommodation. Impeccable bathrooms and bedrooms. It comes with everything you need for long stays. Check-in was very easy, and the ocean view is beautiful. Recommended!
