Loved staying in Mana! The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed! The outdoor pool was lovely as were the gardens surrounding it. The hosts Karen and Mark were extremely helpful and responsive. The villa was only a 5 min walk to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay in Punta Uvita. The property is absolutely beautiful, and we truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches from the fresh fruit and coffee to local gifts and other details that made the experience feel so welcoming. The accommodations were comfortable, immaculately clean and the hospitality was outstanding. Karen and Mark were proactive, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Time flew by because we enjoyed it so much, and we left wishing we could stay longer. We would love to return again soon and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the area. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Mark and Karen are such wonderful hosts! You can’t beat the location of this place. Just a few minute walk to the national park beach (whale tail) where we saw monkeys and enjoyed the water. They set you up with restaurant and activity recommendations. Not to mention how stocked the bungalow is…they had hydro flasks, umbrellas, beach towels, bug spray, coffee, snacks…you name it, they’ve through of everything! One of the best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed at. The bungalows are clean and beautifully decorated. The private pool is lovely. There are macaws in the trees and flying around (you can see them from your private pool). Highly recommend!!

We just returned from 6 nights at Mark and Karen’s place and it was wonderful. From the minute I reserved the space, they were available for recommendations, directions and helpful tips for our travel. The bungalow had everything we needed, including a welcome plate with fruit, cookies, chips and great coffee. We loved relaxing in the pool after a day at the beach and watching the birds. We also enjoyed many of the restaurants they recommended. We loved that the beach was within walking distance, as we could go back and forth several times a day and it wasn’t inconvenient. We would highly recommend this special place and hope to return again!

Perfect Getaway We stayed at the [fire], Amazing place We were lucky enough to be there during the Moon Eclipse and even saw it from the pool. Animals around, 8 Degrees at least less than outside with a soft breeze, and the salt water pool makes it perfect. Its a well-thought-out place and you can see it.

Mark and Karens place is idyllic and it really exceeded our expectations, it is clear to see that they have very carefully thought about every aspect. The place is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay! We loved the private pool in the garden which is perfect for having a post beach dip. There is also a shared Rancho which was lovely to sit at in the morning with breakfast and look out for birds. The place was perfectly located, just a short walk away from great restaurants, activities and the national park. Karen provided a wealth of information and was really invested to make sure we had a great time. We unfortunately only had a short stay, but wished we had the chance to stay much longer! Could not recommend staying here enough :)

I certainly recommend Mana right away! This is a paradise in itself! Beautiful modern interior, your own private salt water pool (perfect temperature!), great, comfy, king-sized bed! Mark and Karen are friendly, attentive hosts and great communicators. They leave you a plate of goodies to snack on, including a fresh pineapple that was delicious! They are right there on the property and always available! The property is secure with a security gate. The beach is a 15 minute walk along with plenty of restaurants with different cuisines and prices. Bicycles are available for getting around! Pinto Coffee is right across the street with great coffee, great breakfast choices! The private patio is lush with plants and flowers. Many birds visit in the morning hours. I loved sipping my coffee in the morning on the patio listening to the birds wake up the neighborhood. What more can I say? You’ll be happy you stayed! I left relaxed and satisfied.
