Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and perfect for the seven of us. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable, and we felt very safe throughout our entire stay. The location was fantastic—close to downtown Tamarindo, yet our street was peaceful and quiet. The Moonlight Market was right around the corner, and everything we needed was just a very short walk away. We truly loved our time here and can’t wait to come back! We would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone visiting Tamarindo. It was the perfect place for our family vacation!!!!

Loved our stay, host was super responsive and communicated regularly. Place was right in town, very clean and perfect for our family of 7. Highly recommend. If we go back to Tamarindo, I would definitely look into booking with this host again.

My family of 4 stayed at Viktor’s place in Tamarindo. It was exactly as described. Extremely clean and comfortable space. The pool is more plunge pool than I expected but was a nice addition. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: location, lots of amenities, hosts very responsive to any problems. Very nice interior. Negatives: the basement drains are clogged every night, and the septic tank does not empty quickly enough when three families live there. They come to empty it quickly when we report it to them, but the problem remains. The description mentions 3.5 bathrooms, but the photos show 4 full bathrooms, and yet the one upstairs has only one sink and a small shower (too small for a family of 4), and the one on the first floor is only a shower room. The other two are really complete, as in the pictures. A mirror in the adult bedroom upstairs would be greatly appreciated, but we did not ask for one. Thank you to Erika and Victor for their kindness and their promptness in wanting to do things well. We understand that a large villa like this one is not free from mechanical problems.

Great home located a short ~5 minute walk from the city center. There are plenty of great restaurants about ~2 minute walk from the house. The house was clean, spacious, and had great communication if we had any questions.

This home was amazing, it exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of beds and different places to sleep, and the kitchen opening up to the pool was perfect. And the location was great only about a 10 minute walk to the beach.
