Esta fue nuestra segunda visita a esta casa. La primera vez todo fue maravilloso, así que decidimos volver. Pero nuestra segunda visita fue muy decepcionante. Llegamos con nuestras familias y, desde el primer día, el aire acondicionado de la habitación separada del exterior, cerca de la terraza con barbacoa y vistas a la piscina, no funcionó. Era imposible alojarnos allí. Se lo comunicamos al propietario, pero nunca solucionó el problema. La casa estaba plagada de mosquitos, que se pegaban a los vasos y platos con comida. La cocina estaba llena de hormigas. La terraza estaba llena de mosquitos, hormigas y jejenes. Las puertas de algunas habitaciones se atascaron, y en un par de ocasiones los niños se quedaron encerrados en sus habitaciones y se asustaron.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house with a group of friends visiting Panama. The location is unbeatable — right on the beach and within the beautiful Buenaventura Resort. The house itself had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A special mention goes to the Proper Rents team (Mark, Ganesha, and Juan), who were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Their support made everything smooth and stress-free. This was the perfect choice for our trip, and we would be happy to return. Highly recommended!

We paid $11,800 expecting a luxury Airbnb, but it was a nightmare—maintenance issues, health hazards, poor communication, and false promises. Only one TV in the entire house despite being told twice more were coming. Two bedrooms reeked of mold, the hot water heater only worked after my husband replaced the tank and lit the pilot, and there was a severe ant/spider infestation—each of us left with 15+ bites. Black mold was visible in the hallway ceiling, the dishwasher didn’t work, pool house furniture was stained, and the master bathroom had no blinds while active construction outside left zero privacy. We ran out of gas, had no hot water, and couldn’t cook the food we bought.

Absolutely spectacular beach house! We had a fantastic stay at this property. Everything was brand new, in perfect condition, and incredibly comfortable. The house is beautifully designed, with thoughtful details throughout that made our stay feel extra special. The space was spotless, cozy, and very well equipped. You can tell the owners truly care about offering a high-quality experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
