beautiful location in the middle of everything u can ask for South Tulum is the high end area of Tulum..but make sure to check out if theres seaweed before u make reservations cause there was so much seaweed in Tulum its stench was horrible.. the service from Zorba beach homes is exemplary wonderful staff..warm folks loved the villa its neatness its minimalist chic ..the kitchen literally had what all we needed ...also be prepared to take some mosquito sprays or bands we didn't know there would be so many mosquitoes in the villa and Tulum ...Zorba did provide us with the mosquito spray ..

This place is a dream. It’s so beautiful and easy and clean and Rite on the beach very easy to walk the beach from your place. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

We really got lucky with this place. When booking in Tulum (unless you’ve been there before) it’s quite a chore to figure out where the best location is. Needless to say, we really hit the jackpot here. It’s walking distance to everything you’ll want to be close to— the best restaurants, (the beachside location of course!) coffee shops, neighborhood taco places for the dress-down nights and walkable to the clubs without being too close and having to deal with the noise all night. Everything was super easy— Snow had cleaners come each day to take towels, refill water jugs, take trash etc. Don’t think twice. Just book it. We would definitely book this again next time we visit!

We absolutely love this place. Lots of space for our family. Well designed. Right on the beach and within walking to all the restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!!!

We recently stayed at this beautiful Airbnb and had an amazing experience. The place itself is well designed with nice ocean views that you can enjoy right from the comfort of the spacious living area. It felt very safe and quiet, making it a perfect retreat. The host was very easy to communicate with, always responsive and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation were top-notch, making it feel like a home away from home. The taco stand downstairs was perfect for morning breakfasts and afternoon lunches and drinks. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene, comfortable, and convenient stay.

More than a more than a perfect stay!!!

Wonderful accommodation, hosting, cleaning, architecture, location. Price was high. They don’t let you bring your own masseuse. They have to be booked through the Airbnb. My wife did enjoy their service even though it was overpriced. Their food hut is open only on the weekends. Chiliqules we’re very tasty. Your room and kitchen are private. The land has 3 or 4 buildings on it, so you share the pool and ocean. The listing appears to be private everything but read the fine print because there will be other people there. Even so, it was nice. The shampoo, body wash, and condition seemed so foreign I couldn’t even use it. It was a very strong odor I could not even begin to know what’s was in those bottles and there wasn’t a label. I did use the shampoo and it was fine but that gel was wildly potent.

I had an amazing g stay will be back, I’ve been to tulum many times and have stayed in most of the nicer hotels, I would prefer zobra it’s close enough to the center where you can walk but far enough to where there is peace and quite and the beach is private. Snow was very responsive and took care of all the extra things we asked for and went above and beyond. I do recommend getting the private chef the food was amazing.
