Bienvenido a Villa Flamenco, un refugio cuidadosamente diseñado que ofrece amplias áreas interiores y exteriores para reunirse, además de espacios tranquilos y privados. La villa está distribuida en dos alas independientes e incluye:

Construida en 2020, Villa Flamenco cuenta con espacios multifuncionales y una distintiva distribución en dos alas. Un ala contiene la suite principal, que se abre mediante puertas corredizas hacia la piscina y el jardín. La otra ala incluye dos dormitorios adicionales y un baño completo en un piso superior con vista al área de estar al aire libre y a la zona de ejercicio.
Cada dormitorio incluye:
- Aire acondicionado
- Colchones cómodos
- Ropa de cama y sábanas de materiales naturales
- Clósets de concepto abierto
- Obras de arte locales
- Televisores de pantalla plana de alta definición
Comience la mañana con café costarricense y un brunch gourmet casero en el área de desayuno estilo bistró parisino junto a la piscina.
Vida al aire libre
Después del desayuno, conduzca aproximadamente dos minutos hasta Playa Grande para tomar el sol, practicar surf, hacer un picnic o contemplar el atardecer. Al regresar, enjuáguese la arena y la suciedad en la ducha exterior.
Para una parrillada con sabores locales, visite Carnes San Martin Pacific, una carnicería local ubicada aproximadamente a 15 minutos de Villa Flamenco. La tienda ofrece una variedad de excelentes cortes y carnes recién preparadas, selladas al vacío para mayor comodidad y seguridad.
Prepare sus carnes y vegetales favoritos en la parrilla de gas profesional de alta gama. El toldo retráctil proporciona sombra para comer al aire libre con familiares y amigos. Por la noche, relájese bajo el cielo estrellado en el cómodo sofá seccional de la sala exterior, o sírvase una pinta de cerveza de barril en el bar, que ofrece cerveza de una microcervecería local.
Si desea pedir un barril durante su estadía, háganoslo saber con al menos 48 horas de anticipación para poder solicitarlo y entregarlo en Villa Flamenco.

We enjoyed our stay! The host was wonderful, very responsive, and provided great recommendations that made our trip even better. The home was comfortable, clean, and had a great overall atmosphere. One thing to be aware of is that the bedrooms are separated between two buildings. There were 2 bedrooms in one building loft style, while the master bedroom is in a separate building, so all of the rooms are not under the same roof. This worked out fine for us, but it’s definitely something future guests may want to know when booking. One of the room’s AC filters could also use a change, as there was a noticeable smell coming from the unit. We also wish the property was a little closer to restaurants and activities, as there weren’t many things to do within close proximity. Overall, we had a great experience, and the host truly made the stay enjoyable with their hospitality and helpful recommendations. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great house, exactly as pictured, though it’s starting to show some small signs of wear and tear. Sébastien and his team were extremely responsive to all our questions throughout the stay. The location is ideal: less than 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants, and a convenience store in the small area of Playa Grande, with Tamarindo and Conchal both about 30 minutes away for easy day trips. The house is well equipped, from kitchen appliances to beach gear like a cooler, which made day to day life easy. One thing to flag: the living room and kitchen only have fans, no A/C (this seems to be common in CR). We didn’t spend much time indoors since the outdoor areas are great, but worth knowing if you’re working remotely and need A/C to focus, the bedrooms would be the only place to station yourself.

We had a wonderful stay the last 11 days. The house had tons of room for all of our guests. The outside area is great! We were able to grill, eat outside, play games, and enjoy the pool when we were home! There are plently of towels and bedding. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys which were so much fun to use. The location is great. We could walk to resturants and the beach. Sebastien responded promptly to any of my questions and was able to provide activities in the area where we were staying. We cannot wait to go back!

The pool had way too much chlorine. My daughter’s eyes got extremely irritated, and my son and I go extreme rashes and had to get prescription medication to treat them. This sucked as it was our first stay on our trip and caused my son and I to miss swimming for a three days of our trip. The power and water went out at 7PM on our second day. Next day by 11AM it still wasn’t on so we had to make plans for another place. Power outage sucks, but bathroom is a must. We asked about a refund. He said Airbnb is in charge of that, not him. Turns out, Airbnb has you work with the host and steps in only when it can’t be resolved that way. He then gave a refund of less than a night with no communication about it when we initiated with Airbnb. Airbnb then took over when we communicated directly with them and asked about their Major Disruptive Events Policy. Airbnb refunded us the full claim. Understand he didn’t cause the outage, but he’s running a business and it’s the cost of business

Sebsstien’s villa was everything but amazing.Looks just like the photos your personal sanctuary… the pool outside the master suite was my favorite.. Sébastien was very responsive..I would definitely book again if ever in Costa Rica baby!!!!his place is a must!!!

Sebastian’s place was absolutely beautiful. It was exactly as described. It was clean and well-maintained. We felt very safe and secure there. Sebastian was so kind and helpful! His staff was also great and very accommodating. Will definitely be back!! Pura Vida.

The house is very nice and super spacious. The pool is the perfect size, it had everything we needed, we enjoyed it, and we were comfortable. It's best to drive to the beach, as it's not that close; it's beautiful, and the sunsets are lovely. We had problems with the water, as the water company cuts off the supply at specific times, but Sebastián was always attentive and communicative about this.
