The Space
Forever Sunsets is a brand-new, luxurious three-bedroom home in Playa Pacifica Resort, located within the exclusive Gran Pacifica Beach & Golf Resort in Nicaragua. Designed with privacy and relaxation in mind, the property offers unobstructed 180-degree ocean views, a private pool, an outdoor shower, and modern North American comforts in a peaceful tropical setting.
The home includes:
- A spacious living room and kitchen
- Dining space for six
- A large television
- Three air-conditioned bedrooms
- One king bed in the primary bedroom
- One queen bed in each guest bedroom
- Oceanfront access through sliding glass doors in every bedroom
The pool is approximately 20 feet from the home across the expansive terrace. A large wooden pergola with a sunshade provides a comfortable outdoor living area, while the oceanfront terrace offers enough space for quiet meals at a table for six.
A separate patio area features two rocking chairs, creating a relaxing spot to enjoy the ocean with your morning coffee. A stainless steel gas grill is also available.
Wake up to the sound of the waves, step directly onto the terrace to take in the sunsets, or relax in the spacious bedrooms with direct outdoor access. Guests can also stream their favorite shows in the expansive living room or explore world-class surfing beaches just minutes away.

The place was beautiful, but the house was not ready for us when we arrived. The AC in the living room and master bedroom were not functioning. During both nights an over abundance of bugs were in the master bedroom walls and bed, on the inside the sheets, under the pillows and inside the master bedrooms bathroom. We were unable to sleep in the master bedroom and ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room. Refrigerator did not hold temperature for cold water.

The place is exactly as described. You can see the sea from each room and living room. It’s very spacious, clean and organized. The beds are very comfortable, which is hard to find at some Airbnb locations. It was worth every penny. My biggest regret is that I could not stay longer. Love this place!

It looks exactly like the pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach was beautiful, the pool was lovely and the a/c was cold. The house was immaculately clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay on the beach in Nicaragua. The only issue we had was a slight delay in communication with the host. It is very remote, but there is a small store outside of the resort we were able to get to by renting a golf cart for the week. We mostly ordered from the Seasalt restaurant that’s close to the house for meals.

The house is very nice, with an indoor pool, and very clean. That made us feel very comfortable. We had a great time, beautiful sunsets! They responded quickly to our needs. We would go back, we loved everything. Thank you, Patrick.

The house was beautiful, and looked exactly like the pictures. The house was fully equipped, the gentleman that was there to open the house was very helpful and attentive. I would happily stay again.
