We had a wonderful week at Vallarta Shores and Haniel was a great host. He was very responsive and accommodating with all of our requests. Our chefs Dulce and Johnathon were phenomenal! The only negative thing we can say is that the beach club next door does play music from 11am-10pm. Often times in the evening this can be a distraction during dinner and conversation on the patio of the sky suites. I would say to check for any special events or shows at this club before booking. The last night we were there was almost unbearable as the music so loud we could not have a conversation until after 10pm. However, Haniel was very gracious and accommodating regarding our only complaint.

Excellent place with unique views. We really enjoyed,the staff is super friendly and our Chef Dulce is a total goddess!! Always available and cooking some delicious dishes! We will definitely return

This place was beautiful, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and in front of the beach. Daniel was super responsive and very helpful when making the reservation. The staff was nice and very attentive. We also had a private chef which was amazing. Fannys food was incredible, and she was so sweet. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved it, place was beautiful just like the pictures online. Daniel was great, he always replied back to my emails on a timely manner. Unfortunately, our stay was extremely short, but I guess it’s okay, because now, we definitely have to come back with the entire family. Can’t wait!

We were not told that the main room was not enclosed and had no A/C. The A/C did not work in the master bedroom and the sink was leaking in the bathroom of one of the other bathrooms. We had to listen to a baby crying in the unit below us which was more problematic because the main room was open to the air and the other units. I messaged Daniel about these problems but never heard back from him. The front desk moved us to another unit which improved the situation. The best part of the experience was Irvin the chef. He cooked great healthy meals for us. He was a delight. His services added greatly to our experience on the trip. The building is in a location that makes it difficult to walk to restaurants and ATMs or shops. You have to walk along the beach to have a more direct path to those amenities.
