The Space
This holiday home, ideal for 3 to 6 guests, is situated in a tranquil area surrounded by jungle wilderness and located beside a natural rainwater river. Positioned in the center-north part of the village, it is just a five-minute walk from Santa Teresa's sandy beach and two minutes from the "Super Hacienda" supermarket.
The house features a rustic and artistic design that creates a distinctive and memorable stay. It includes:

Location
The ocean is just a five-minute walk away, making it easy to grab your surfboard and head to the beach. The nearby supermarket, located two minutes on foot, recently added an ATM and operates daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Roy’s place was great. The location is just right, with privacy and nature and a lovely creek, but still walkable to all the stores and restaurants. We heard howler monkeys most mornings which is awesome. The bathroom door and one of the bedroom doors doesn’t really close so depending on who you’re staying with that could be an issue. No hammock outside like pictured. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

This is the nicest Airbnb I've stayed at. Because of the decorations, the quality of the kitchen amenities and the spaces it has you feel right at home. I would have happily stayed for weeks!

Very cozy, very well equipped, everything you need to have an excellent stay. The place is very quiet, the garden is well maintained and clean. It's a safe place, close to the beach and everything, the best way to experience Santa Teresa is in a place like this. It's a place that will make you feel very comfortable, like at home, it's decorated, there are books, candles, plants, etc... I would definitely come back

We had a different expectation for this house. The photographs give an idea of a better space than what we actually found. The house needs some maintenance, lots of insects (it's normal in Costa Rica, but here it was excessive because some doors don't close well). Beds are not very comfortable. Supermarket very close, but car needed for most trips (we had 2 children).

The house is too small for 6 people. Aircon in the 3rd bedroom was missing. Photos show a luxury beach house, but this is far away from. The house needs maintenance and listing doesn't match reality. For the price you pay for this, you can expect a lot more. The location is nice, close to the beach. More than indicated. About 15 min walk. Surfboarding is not provided but those must be rented at $20 per day. In the beginning, host always responded, but after reporting complaints, he was no longer at home. Airbnb worked it out neatly in the end.

The accommodation was very good, the location 50 meters from a supermarket that has everything and a few minutes walk from the beach, Roy helped us with everything we needed, he was a very good host, my only comment is that the door locks could be improved since almost all of them had some defect, but other than that everything was very good
