The location is excellent, as everything is very close by. One of the highlights is the Antojito restaurant, located right next to the house, which serves delicious food at a very good price. It was definitely one of the best parts of the stay. The house has comfortable, well-equipped bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. However, the property needs a lot of maintenance. The air conditioner in the living room never worked properly and also leaked constantly. During our stay, several maintenance issues arose that required daily attention. Although communication with the host was good and he was always willing to help, having to deal with issues every day ended up being exhausting. The common areas, such as the kitchen and living room, are relatively small for large groups. In addition, the two bedrooms with king-size beds are located on the third floor, so you have to go up and down a lot of stairs due to the layout of the house.

Our stay was very good overall. The location is excellent, and the host and property staff were wonderful, attentive, and always willing to help. We experienced a power outage on our first day. Although this was likely beyond the host’s control, having a generator or backup power system would be a great improvement. The kitchen and some bathrooms could use minor maintenance and deeper cleaning. One glass bathroom door was loose and could be a safety concern. I also recommend installing keyed locks on the bedroom doors for better privacy and security. Despite these details, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent hospitality. With a few improvements, this would be an even better place!
