The grounds are beautiful, the river is relaxing. It's quiet, peaceful, spacious, and feels very secure. The local staff were wonderful. The water heater was broken. The owner was aware of this before our arrival. The host dismissed our concern and commented that westerners are "indulgent” and always need the perfect temperature. The lights flickered when turned on fully , and the electricity went out every night. When the electricity would come back on, 2 lights would turn on which meant waking up to turn lights back off. The toilet needs repairs, we had to manually push the float after every use. Several railings were loose and unstable. There were very few dishes and supplies, spider webs inside the drawers and on some utensils, and gecko droppings in the plates storage area and in a cooking dish. Dish soap was provided as hand soap. The host was slow to respond/unresponsive. During our stay a new couch was delivered while the old one was left sitting on the patio.

Es el lugar ideal para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza, la casa es muy linda, con un diseño acogedor y detalles que la hacen especial. Además, cuenta con una cocina completamente equipada. El anfitrión muy servicial y atento.

Ein tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage zum Entspannen. Boquete und kleine Ortschaften sind gut erreichbar. Eigenes Fahrzeug ist jedoch hilfreich. Neue Ausstattung in der Küche und im gesamten Haus. Gastgeber super nett und hilfreich. Besonderer Tag in unserer Reise wurde berücksichtigt und eine Flasche Sekt bereitgestellt. Außergewöhnlich nett und freundlich. Ist in anderen Unterkünften regelmäßig nicht mehr so persönlich. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür ! Wir würden wieder buchen und empfehlen das schöne Haus gerne weiter. Alles Gute für die Zukunft.

Great spot, beautiful surroundings. Well equipped kitchen. The only thing to mentioned is that in this season the weather is a little too hot and the house is very big for only one a/c.

Beautiful location high above the river. The hanging bridge over to the resort had even more impressive views. A nice distance from the traffic and hubbub of Boquete town but close enough to drive in for breakfast or dinner. Farid was helpful and attentive. I would totally stay again.
