Oldemar will assist with check-in, including inspecting the electricity meter and handing over keys and the gate remote control.
Electricity usage is limited to 30 kWh per day, which covers all electrical needs such as air conditioning for sleeping areas, the cascade, pool pumps, washer, and refrigerator. This limit is set to promote mindful consumption.

Extremely pleased with my host, her staff, and service. This is a beautiful home at a convenient location just steps away from the beach and short hike to the famous Jesus statue at the top of the mountain. Kim and her husband were responsive to my small request and her staff was proactive and friendly. Definitely at the top of my list for my next visit.

Good morning. The house is fine. It's big, but everything is very old. It needs more maintenance. The bathroom by the sea is not good. Kimberly is a person who always responds very kindly.

Everything was great; the lady who checked us in was very friendly. The only thing is that check-in was very late and check-out was very early. Otherwise, everything was great.
