The house was very outdated, dishwasher did not work, no detergent left to wash clothes. It was not disclosed that the 5th room was in a total different location in the house.

The AC did not work upstairs in the kitchen, dining area and living. It was unbearable hot. Making the upstairs bedroom uncomfortable, the AC in the upstairs bedroom could not cool against the excessive heat in the rest of the upstairs. We scheduled a chef to come in Friday night and cook for us, he was going to also show us how to make the food. But it was too hot for us to be in the kitchen and had to eat outside on the patio. The AC wasn’t working when we got there Wednesday at 1pm and the repairman didn’t show up until Friday night at 8pm. He Was supposed to be back Saturday at 3 pm with the part. We never saw anyone again and never got the AC fixed! We requested to be moved and was ignored.

Listing is as described. Has a view of the beach from the balcony. Hosts and property manager were responsive with feedback provided to them.

Everything matched the description of the place, the facilities in general were a little old but in good condition and functional, the manager was very kind. It is only uncomfortable to have to be in constant communication with the cabin at the entrance to the private one to be able to ask for transportation or to receive visitors, but it is understood that it is for safety reasons.

Over all the house was very good and spacious. However, one of the main rooms did not had door lock and the slider doors did not properly lock but we found lockable pin on the bottom. We were not informed of this situation. Once you were inside of the gated community the road to the house was very narrow and curvy, but we have a good stay.
