The Space
Our beachside rooms and bungalows in Avellanas come fully equipped with a kitchenette that includes:

You can unwind in one of our two pools or relax under the shade of trees surrounded by native wildlife such as iguanas, howler monkeys, and various birds. The warm climate enhances the tranquil atmosphere, making it a perfect private retreat where you can feel right at home.
The beach is conveniently located just 80 meters away.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire 2,000 square meter property, including both pool areas. Our small hotel consists of six rooms and is known for its personalized, attentive, and private service.
Location
We are situated near an almost untouched beach called Lagartillo, only 70 meters from the property. Our location offers easy access to several nearby beaches:
- Avellanas Beach: 1 kilometer
- Negra Beach: 2 kilometers
- Blanca Beach: 6 kilometers
- Junquillal Beach: 9 kilometers
To the north, you will find Mansita Beach adjacent to Avellanas Beach. Continuing about 15 kilometers north leads to Tamarindo and Langosta beaches, as well as other popular spots like Potrero, Flamingo, and Playa Grande.

We had a comfortable stay at Mario's. We only stayed 1 night and booked the day in advance. He was quickly responsive, friendly, instructions were very clear and he was present at our arrival for the check-in. The value for money is good. The cabins are cozy and match the photos. Because of our short stay, we did not use the facilities such as the kitchen and the swimming pool, but everything looked fine. Thank you!
