Excelente estancia, ubicación ideal cerca de la playa, todo limpio y cómodo. Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión. Totalmente recomendable.

Location is great, condo complex is quiet and close to the beach. Beach you can swim at. Complex is well stocked with everything you need, including beach chairs and umbrella, so don’t buy your own.

Lo único malo es que olía a marihuana en los departamentos de abajo, pero entendemos que eso no tiene que ver con Michelle, tal vez abría una manera de separar "amigable con marihuana" y "ambiente familiar"?

We had a great stay. The access to the beach was excellent. There are beach chairs, towels, and umbrella which made the beach more enjoyable. The snorkeling there was really good. It was nice that we didn’t need to pay for a tour to experience it. The pools were nice and not crowded. The only unexpected thing we encountered was that you need to leave an ID at the front gate if you have your own car. You exchange it for your parking pass in and out. Attendants were super friendly and it wasn’t a problem, just caught us off guard.

Michelle was a great host. She kindly adjusted the length of our stay when our flight was delayed, and allowed for us to check in early. The grounds were lovely, as was the beach. As for the condo itself, it suited our needs and was acceptable, however, there were a few aspects that did not meet expectations. Firstly, the view to the outside was marred by the crisscross taping over all of the windows. The bed in the master bedroom was smaller than advertised. We own a queen, and that was not a queen. The water pressure in the master bathroom was very low. The request to put toilet paper in the bin rather than in the toilet was an unpleasant surprise. We had family in 4 units, and ours was the only one with that request. Laundry facilities were great, as was the fridge. The oven and stovetop however was dated and dirty. The AC worked well and was greatly appreciated. The beach chairs and umbrella were fabulous. The condo met our needs, however it fell a little short of our expectations.
