Beautifully and comfortable accommodations. Vacaanda, and especially Darius, where extremely helpful and there communication was outstanding. I highly recommend this property or any property that Vacaanda represents.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable and the property was a great fit for the amount of people we had. The space was very accommodating, comfortable, and provided what we needed for our group. The concierge was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which was appreciated. That being said, there were a few minor imperfections that impacted the overall experience. We noticed some maintenance and cleanliness issues, including a broken kitchen faucet, stained sheets, a stained rug, sticky floors, and molded lounge beds poolside that could use attention. While these issues did not completely take away from our stay, addressing them would greatly improve the experience for future guests. Overall, the property has a lot of potential and was a convenient option for our group. With some additional attention to cleaning, maintenance, and outdoor amenities, this could be an excellent place to stay.

Beautiful villa in a gated area. Felt super safe, and had a brilliant time here. The concierge service was an excellent addition and the services we used were great and made our trip so much easier!

Everything is very good. The house needs some repairs due to wear and tear, such as the showers. The TV downstairs doesn't work very well, and the kitchen stove needs to be replaced. Some gardening is also needed. The beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean! I recommend it for large groups

We had an absolutely beautiful experience hosting our “Rise with Radiance” retreat here in Tulum. The villa was beautiful, peaceful, spacious, and created the perfect environment for connection, healing, and rest. The concierge team was exceptional from beginning to end — incredibly responsive, kind, organized, and supportive with transportation, excursions, reservations, and every detail throughout the week. Their care allowed me to stay fully present with my retreat guests. We also had an amazing experience with the private chef services — the meals were fresh, nourishing, beautifully prepared, and truly elevated the entire retreat experience. I’m deeply grateful for the hospitality and heart that went into creating such a memorable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a meaningful and elevated Tulum experience. ✨

Very beautiful, clean et spacious villa. Quiet and safe neighborhood. I was with a toddler and grand-parents and we felt confortable walking everywhere. Kudos to the support team who were very helpful throughout the say.
