Este apartamento histórico está ubicado en un edificio de la década de 1930, en el corazón de Bella Vista, uno de los distritos más céntricos e históricos de la Ciudad de Panamá. Un pequeño jardín en la terraza le da un toque distintivo al colorido interior de la propiedad.
El apartamento se encuentra en la intersección de las zonas antiguas y modernas de la Ciudad de Panamá, junto al Parque Urracá y a solo unos minutos del Casco Antiguo.
El espacio
El apartamento ocupa el tercer piso de una propiedad histórica construida por un expresidente de Panamá. En la planta baja hay un museo y una biblioteca.
Un jardín comunitario adyacente ofrece a los vecinos un espacio para cultivar hierbas y productos agrícolas, así como para mantener un área de compostaje que promueve una mayor sostenibilidad. Un gran árbol de mango en el jardín es visible desde la ventana de la habitación principal.

Por ser una propiedad histórica, el edificio no cuenta con ascensor. Para acceder, es necesario subir tres tramos de escaleras.
Yolima, la persona encargada de cuidar nuestras plantas, regará ocasionalmente el jardín interior y las plantas de los baños. Les avisaremos con anticipación cada vez que nos visite.

I loved staying there. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place was much bigger than I expected, it was nice to have so many plants in such an open and airy apartment. It was my first time in Panama and the host was very understanding of my needs. I would recommend this place for anyone, and even as a solo traveler, it was worth it.

Amazing apartment. Very open and lots of plants, the only issue was with parking and the stairs. There was very little street parking available and no parking on site, so we had to drive around. This might have been because lots of people were at parque urraca for Dic. 26, but it still was dificult. There were a lot of stairs getting up to the apartment, so beware, but overall the apartment and neighborhood was amazing and everything was within walking distance.

Lovely Apartments that instantly felt like a home away from home. Very spacious, even bigger than it looked on the pictures. It’s right at a park an has a supermarket around the corner. The outdoor area is a bit noisy, but when you sleep at the back you hardly hear anything. We loved the green patio and the tiles on the floor. Also that it’s one of the two historic buildings. It’s definitely worth the climb to the third floor. Felipe was very responsive and although he was traveling himself, he took care of all we needed.

Felipe’s house felt like a home away from home. He was a flexible and responsive host, providing recommendations and quickly coming to rescue when I struggled to open the door. The location is great and the apartment with its many plants cosy. Highly recommended, hope to return in the future!
