El espacio
Este apartamento frente al mar en Playa Honda tiene capacidad para hasta 20 huéspedes distribuidos en siete habitaciones.

El apartamento se encuentra directamente frente al mar, donde puede disfrutar del sonido de las olas durante todo el día. Las vistas se extienden por la bahía de Taboga, incluyendo el muelle, El Morro, Taboguilla y los barcos que esperan para ingresar al Canal de Panamá.
Durante la marea alta, el mar rodea la casa, lo que permite saltar al agua directamente desde las ventanas de la terraza o intentar pescar. Acceso de los huéspedes
Se accede al apartamento por la planta baja del edificio y es necesario bajar algunos escalones.
El primer nivel incluye seis habitaciones y dos baños:
- Tres habitaciones tienen una cama tamaño queen cada una.
- Tres habitaciones tienen cuatro literas cada una.
- Todas las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado.
Una escalera conduce al área principal de estar, que incluye la sala, el comedor, el bar y la cocina. La habitación principal y un baño adicional también se encuentran en este nivel. Tanto el área social como la habitación principal ofrecen hermosas vistas al océano.

Panamá tiene dos estaciones:
- Estación lluviosa: de abril a diciembre
- Estación seca: de diciembre a marzo
Desde noviembre, durante los días festivos nacionales, hasta el final de la estación seca en abril, aumenta el turismo en la isla. Los boletos del ferry pueden ser difíciles de conseguir a última hora los fines de semana, por lo que se recomienda comprarlos con anticipación.
De julio a octubre, las ballenas jorobadas migran hacia aguas más cálidas para aparearse y suelen ser visibles a lo largo de la costa de Taboga. Septiembre es la temporada alta para observar ballenas.
Agua y suministros
El agua del grifo no es potable. Sin embargo, varios sistemas de filtración hacen que el agua sea segura para beber únicamente del fregadero de la cocina.
Puede traer agua potable desde Panamá o comprarla en la isla:
- Agua: $12 por recipiente de 5 galones
- Hielo: $8 por bolsa
Debido al costo, es más conveniente traer agua y hielo desde Panamá.
El suministro de agua puede interrumpirse ocasionalmente si falla una bomba o ocurre algún otro inconveniente. El apartamento cuenta con una capacidad de almacenamiento de agua de más de 1,000 galones como respaldo. Utilice el agua de manera responsable, ya que la propiedad no se hace responsable si los tanques se quedan vacíos. Si se usa con cuidado, el agua almacenada puede durar varios días.
Servicios de la isla
No hay supermercado en la isla. Algunas tiendas pequeñas venden artículos básicos, pero los precios son más altos que en Panamá debido a los costos de transporte.
La isla de Taboga tiene un solo cajero automático, operado por Banco Nacional. Se recomienda llevar efectivo en caso de que el cajero no esté funcionando.

A terrific and unique stay, located on hands down the best part of the beach on Taboga! We travelled as a group with two children and an infant and the accomodation was more than adequate! High tide was the best part as you can literally jump out of the living room and snorkel. We were lucky enough to see 3 stingrays with one easily over 6+ feet wide! A terrific stay with a responsive host and a very helpful property manager! Easily one of the best stays on Taboga!

The apartment is located in, in my opinion, the best area of Taboga. Honda beach is practically private, close to the pier and the village. The host is very friendly and was helping us with different issues; she always answered chats quickly. We were a large group of several families and we were comfortable. The apartment has everything: a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, board games, kayaks, etc. The only thing to mention was the water issue; being an island, you can have bad luck and have problems. The island pump broke down while we were there and we had no running water for more than a day. The apartment has water tanks, but one of the toilets was flushing water and we think this caused the reserve to run out. Corinne made sure we had water at all times, but of course it's uncomfortable not to have running water. Overall, we were very comfortable and would repeat!! Thanks to the host for their attention.

it is so fun to listen and watch the tide come in. the house gets surrounded by the water which super cool. beach is right in front of you, easy. tons of space inside and lots of open windows to allow a nice breeze to keep the common spaces cool and the air conditioner in our bedroom was really nice. All in all, this was a great spot.
