The Space
This colonial-style luxury beach condominium is situated within the prestigious Reserva Conchal community. The unit features three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The spacious living room is beautifully appointed with flat-screen TVs and comfortable sofas, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind.
A highlight of the condo is the expansive terrace that connects all areas of the unit and overlooks the golf course. The terrace also offers partial views of the ocean.

Upon your arrival, the condo will be perfectly prepared and inspected by our staff. Public areas such as entrances, elevators, elevator buttons, and restrooms are frequently and deeply disinfected.

I rated not only the condo but the service we received from Yerlyn at Conchal Essence is five stars and would rate it higher if there were more stars!!! The condo sat right on the golf course and had an incredible view. The 3 bedrooms were perfect and a great living area and kitchen. I can't say enough about the support that Yerlyn provided by booking reservations for dinner, booking travel around town and to/from the airport. She was very clear and descriptive in her responses to my emails for the excursions which was very helpful being my first time to Costa Rica. I would definitely stay here again and will book everything through Yerlyn at Conchal Essence.

Beautiful pleace like always if you looking where to stay at Westin cochal stay at bougainvillea condominiums you have access to westin hotel pools and amenities like the coffee shop and Imperial bar.

Reserva Conchal is one of our favorite places to stay in Costa Rica. So much so that we bought a property earlier this year and having a home built in the Senara community of Reserva Conchal. Unfortunately, OCC was not as accommodable as hoped. We rented a ground unit in the complex of Bougainvillea in Reserva Conchal. The unit was perfect upon arrival (7105). The second day we arrived they were doing renovations on the unit above ours and the jack hammer noise was unbearable. So much so we could not be in the unit without having headaches because the noise was so loud. OCC did offer to move us to a smaller unit which we declined since we would not receive a credit. They did move us to comparable size unit but this unit was much older and had no upgrades. Specifically, the kitchen was a huge disappointment. The drawers would constantly not stay shut and were a battle very day. The kitchen items were sub par. We were making coffee and the coffee pot just broke on its own and we had to

This location is perfect. You are in one of the first condo groups from the entrance. We had a view of the oven from the wide balcony. The drive to the beach club for condo residents/visitors is about 7 min. The beach club is the best. Two pools, a bar and restaurant, beach access and free rentals of paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, bikes and more. We were their in Aug (rainy season) so it wasn’t too busy and we never had and issue getting a parking spot or cabana/pool lounges. The condo is very spacious and clean. We just loved the condo and the location.

We stayed as 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Great condo unit - layout was great, comfortable furniture. Huge patio to enjoy the view, wildlife and golfers! Bougainvillea pool was a short walk - super nice. We spent a lot of time at the beach club pool, which you need a car - it’s quite far. Once there however there is everything you need - beach, pool, towels, water, kayaks, etc! The neenda restaurant at the beach club was great to eat at. Would definitely come back!
