Great location. Villa was super comfy.

Great stay in Tulum! A few things to know so the unit matches your expectations: The three bedrooms aren't connected inside the house — each opens onto the backyard through its own sliding door. Better suited to couples or groups than families with young kids. We have teen girls, and while it was a little unnerving at first, it was fine, and there's 24/7 security at the complex entrance. The unit is next to the road, which we expected since it's more "in the city." It's really not loud, though, since walls surround the property. Plusses: - Private pool - Lovely rooms with a large main room - Helpful host and co-hosts - Close to C. 7 Sur and its restaurants - Small grocery store just a few blocks' walk away — we had a car, but you could get by without one here

Another wonderful stay! Highly recommend

Beautiful space to stay and explore La Veleta and surrounding area. Lots of restaurants, coffee, and groceries within walking distance and about a 20-min walk to the central part of downtown. We always felt safe in the neighborhood. Christiane helped arrange transport to and from Cancun airport which was really convenient and affordable (better rates than other services). Sofia and Nicola were always responsive when we had a question or needed any help (like arranging for a taxi or helping us get our safe open after the battery lid accidentally detached). Would highly recommend staying here.

Can't recommend this place enough! We keep coming back for a reason!

My husband and I stayed for four nights and absolutely loved this home. It was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pool area was stunning and maintained daily. Sofi and Nicola were amazing, so helpful with recommendations and booking everything for us they always responded so quickly too. The location is perfect, within walking distance to so many great restaurants, shops, and gyms. Prior to our trip we were nervous about safety, but never felt more safe. They have 24 hour security to get into the area where the house is located. Everyone in Tulum was so kind, which made the stay even better. We will 100% be staying here again!

Thank you Christiane. Place was beautiful and amazing, walking distance to busy restaurants, cafes and bars. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only thing is that this villa located next to the street so during the day it was a bit noisy but otherwise everything was smooth and perfect!
