Guest Access

The pool is shared with other guests and is available from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Free underground parking is available for one vehicle, subject to availability. Please provide the vehicle make and license plate numbers before arrival.

Important Information

• An additional charge of $10 USD per night applies to each person from the ninth guest onward.
• Visitors are permitted from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with a maximum of six visitors.
• No parties or excessive noise are allowed, especially between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Excessive noise may result in a $100 USD fine.
• Smoking is permitted only on terraces with the windows closed. Smoking indoors will result in a $100 USD fine.
• Drug use is strictly prohibited.
• Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving and keep doors and windows closed while it is operating.
• For stays longer than 28 nights, electricity is not included and is charged at $4 MXN per kWh.
• The elevator has a maximum capacity of four guests per trip.
• A crib and high chair are available upon request for $100 MXN per night per item.
• Laundry facilities are available for an additional charge.
• Hanging clothes or towels on balconies or terraces is prohibited. Violations may result in a $100 USD fine.
• Only gas or electric barbecues are permitted on penthouse terraces. Charcoal and wood grills are not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
