The Space

Additional Information
- Maximum occupancy is limited to 6 people in accordance with community rules. Daytime visitors are allowed, but the total number of occupants must not exceed 6. Violations will incur a $250 USD fine.
- Pets are not permitted on the property. If traveling with a pet or service dog, please inform us in advance so we can assist with alternative accommodations. Last-minute arrivals with pets will not be allowed.
- External vendors are not allowed inside the property to maintain a secure and pleasant environment. Our concierge can recommend trusted vendors if needed.
- There is ongoing construction nearby, which may cause noise during working hours. Efforts are being made to minimize disruptions.
- Monthly reservations are accepted, but an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD per month may apply. Please confirm before booking.

Fist thing I would have to say is that the owners have a fabulous 3 bedroom property! We could not have asked for better accommodations. This was our first time staying in an Airbnb in Cabo and really wanted to get a feel of the area as we are buying a place not far away. Only problem was with the management company. They kept reminding us to be at the property by a certain time, yet we had to wait 20 minutes once we got there for their rep to show up. Really? Irritating to say the least. There are a couple of things to take note of entire property; 1. Lots of construction going on. We stayed Sun to Sat and they started about 645am every day. You’ll probably want to be an early riser. 2. Pool is a good walk and is right next to a huge warehouse being built. It blocks views and the dust is overwhelming. Looks like the contruction will be going on for a while. 3. Almost impossible to get a cab at the location. Use Uber or DiDi apps and you can get downtown for 9 to 15 buck. Enjoy.

We had a two week stay at this beautiful property. There were 2 couples in our party, with so much room to enjoy. Upon arrival we had cervasas, salsa and chips waiting for us. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean and lands end. We could see the whales jumping and enjoyed a gorgeous sunset every night. There was a spacious fully furnished roof top patio that had lots of sunshine and shaded areas with a view that was amazing. The condo was very clean and cleaners came in twice during our stay which was nice and unexpected. Costco was a short walk away so we cooked alot of our meals in the well appointed kitchen. For the days we didn't cook there were several good restaurants a short distance away. The condo is in a gated community so you always felt safe. Ubers are plentiful and reasonable, we never waited for more than two minutes for pickup. The Ronival staff were always very helpful and responded within 15 minutes or less to our messages. We enjoyed our stay and will be back

Rooftop terrace was a very nice place to have morning coffee as well as evening dinners and BBQ cookouts. The pool was a short walk away and was also excellent, perfect temperature and very clean. Clubhouse by the pool was nice for close restroom proximity.
