Additional Information

• Maximum occupancy is limited to 6 people in accordance with community rules. Daytime visitors are allowed, but the total number of occupants must not exceed 6. Violations will incur a $250 USD fine.
• Pets are not permitted on the property. If traveling with a pet or service dog, please inform us in advance so we can assist with alternative accommodations. Last-minute arrivals with pets will not be allowed.
• External vendors are not allowed inside the property to maintain a secure and pleasant environment. Our concierge can recommend trusted vendors if needed.
• There is ongoing construction nearby, which may cause noise during working hours. Efforts are being made to minimize disruptions.
• Monthly reservations are accepted, but an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD per month may apply. Please confirm before booking.
