Welcome to Casa Eva 01, a beautiful two-bedroom house with ocean views. This house is located in the ecological community of Azuchillo, 100% solar panels, it is a one-minute walk from the pool in this community, a one-minute walk to the beach. Guest access There is a communal pool in EVA that is a 1 minute walk to the north and 3 minutes to the beach. 🌴 Access to Common Areas in Gran Pacifica Gran Pacifica has more than 2,500 acres and 5.5 km of beach, with access to: 🏖 6 different beach accesses (oceanfront ranches) 🏊‍♂️ 3 pools in different communities 🌿 Large and multiple green areas Cobblestone 🚗 roads Beachfront 🍽 restaurant 🚗 Shared parking And much more... 🎟 To enter these areas, Gran Pacifica charges a pass of $19.75 (VAT included) per family per night (up to 6 people). 7 nights Max. ✅ We offer a special rate so you can enjoy it without complications and you can pay by cash or card when you arrive at the Gran Pacifica needle/entrance. 📌 The pass is optional, but without it, the resort restricts access to these areas. Enjoy its highly recommended seafood dishes—such as fried red snapper, seafood soup, and juicy shrimp—or indulge in its BBQ wings and premium burger. Accompany your meal with a refreshing cocktail while admiring the breathtaking views of the ocean and infinity pool, especially at sunset, when the sky is filled with vibrant and unique colors. Hours: Open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. 🍕 Tee Time Club House This place offers fast food such as pizzas, quesadillas, Mexican tacos and more, with prices ranging from $4.50 to $20 plus taxes. Just 2 minutes by car or 17 minutes walk south of the property, the Club House also offers activities such as tennis, soccer, 9 and 18 hole golf, disc golf, croquet, darts, dominoes, chalupa, cold coffee and board games (additional fees may apply). Hours: Open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Alice's🍸 Restaurant Located just 400 meters before reaching the Gran Pacifica entrance gate/bridge (5 minutes by car from the resort), Alice's restaurant welcomes you with a varied menu and a cozy atmosphere. With prices between USD 8 and USD 25, they offer everything: pizzas, burgers, burritos, coconut shrimp, fish and their famous cuts of meat. They even deliver directly to your unit in Gran Pacifica for only $2 to $3! While you wait for your order or just want to relax, you can enjoy games like billiards, darts, and, on special days, poker. Hours: Open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00–9:00 p.m. It's also our favorite meeting point to welcome guests for the first time and calmly guide them to their accommodations.
